I had dinner at this place and it was a pleasant discovery, good and tasty piadinas, worth trying!

We've been going there for years now; everything is always delicious and high-quality, and it's also a healthy alternative to traditional piadina or fast food. Even from a celiac perspective, the place is safe, even though it's not AIC (Italian Celiac Association). We've been there several times with celiacs, and they've never had any problems. The gluten-free Amarcord beer selection rounds out the experience. The space is small, the lighting is dim, and everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, even the bathroom, which is always clean and smells fresh. We'll keep coming back.

We went to Salumarina and tried the "Girodiboa" aperitif. The place is welcoming, the atmosphere relaxed, and the staff helpful in explaining each offering. The "seafood cured meats" concept is undoubtedly very beautiful and original. A well-designed tasting menu, with cured meats and unique pairings that allow you to try several different dishes in a single package. Everything is very fresh, with balanced flavors and a thoughtful presentation. That said, in my opinion, it's more of a tasting experience than a substantial aperitif. It's difficult to leave feeling truly full. Perfect for sampling and sharing, but less so if you plan on eating just that. Plus, the prices are a bit high for the quantities offered. Overall, an interesting experience for those looking to try something different!

I've never been a fan of fish, but this place changed my mind. Their "fish delicatessen" is a true revelation: bold flavors and perfect curing, reminiscent of traditional cured meats, but with an incredible lightness.

A very cute, well-decorated place right in the center of Rimini. The menu is extensive and the service is fast. Reservations are required because there are only a few tables, but it's worth it. The piadinas are delicious, and the fish cured meat idea is brilliant. It's definitely suitable for those who don't eat meat or want to try new flavors. Highly recommended :) They also have a great aperitif deal!

A pleasant discovery. I absolutely must stop by to taste their fish cured meats, which I'd never heard of before. They make them by hand, and pair them with the right ingredients. Delicious. The non-alcoholic drinks are also excellent. I'll definitely try them again.
