I spent three days in this wonderful place. I must compliment Jessica and Erika for their professionalism, friendliness, and kindness. They were crucial to my stay. A stunning hotel in an excellent location. A small issue with the restaurant's kitchen was promptly resolved the next day. I will definitely return. Recommended. Many compliments again to the two girls.

Our one night was good here. The staff was really friendly, and they speak english well. The room was clean, and relatively big. The view from the hotel was great. My only concern would be the breakfast, where the selection of the food/drink was a bit poor compared to other hotels. It is a bit complicated to find the elevator from the parking lot, because it is inside the restaurant (and it was closed in the morning when we checked out..). There are plenty of parking slots.

Jessica, the receptionist, was very nice and competent. However, our room (No. 20) had a large damp stain on the ceiling near the air conditioning unit, missing coffee spoons, and stains on the bedsheets. We also had no Wi-Fi. It was noisy from other guests, and even though we had booked a room with a dog, there was no bowl provided. Breakfast was almost empty by 8:00 a.m. Positive aspects were the beautiful view, the location, the friendly staff, the attractive hotel exterior, and the quiet during the day. Overall, it was okay.

We stopped at this hotel during our motorcycle trip with our chihuahua. A beautiful establishment, both inside and out, with a beautiful building, full of flowers, and a superb, well-appointed terrace with a small pond and fountain. A very nice indoor pizzeria and a lovely covered terrace for meals overlooking the lake. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The room was very nice, but the bathroom was old-fashioned and had no furniture to put our things on. The bedding was good, but we slept very badly because it was very hot and the air conditioning either didn't work properly or wasn't powerful enough for the size of the room, even though we had followed the instructions (to stay cool, we should have slept under the air conditioning). We reported the problem upon checkout, and the receptionist made a nice gesture by not including our dog. The price for dogs is 15 euros per day, which I think is excessive. (The most expensive among 3- and 4-star hotels, including dogs) The evening meal was okay, but not outstanding. We expected more specialties; what was served can be found in any Italian restaurant outside of Italy. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide selection and very good quality products, including excellent homemade jams made by the owner. Upon departure, the hotel offered us a jar of jam of our choice, a very appreciated touch. I recommend this establishment; we had a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting with welcoming and very helpful staff.

Ho trovato questo ristorante molto bello e tranquillo, con cucina tipica della zona e d'Italia, vasta scelta di vini e prodotti ottimi, piatti molto abbondanti e buoni, ambiente raffinato e molto tranquillo, pulito e confortevole, servizio ottimo e veloce, cordialità dei camerieri e molto preparati, parcheggio privato e gratuito molto grande, con una bella vista panoramica sul lago e paese, albergo annesso, prezzo qualità ottimi, con possibilità di carrozzine e passeggini all'entrata, lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia assaggiare qualcosa di veramente buono. 👍
