good location on the beach and private beach, but very poor and cheap breakfast for 5 !!! stars

… 10 exceptional days! The hotel is five stars and the other reviewers have said it all, I want to focus on all the staff who manage the structure... Here are these people, men and women, they give you the impression that they are the owners, in any situation they put their MAXIMUM interest in solving problems, in any situation they do their utmost to make you feel good, They never lose their calm And with calm they reach the goal... I would like to name each of them, I name all the names I remember... SALVATORE and DAVIDE from the bar of the swimming pool. We told them about my wife's stomach problems. They did their best to serve us what we asked for, of course it wasn't on the menu, but they satisfied us every day for all 10 days... Let's talk about the reservation made many months before with the Mrs. Manuela, Everything is perfect... Then there is Mr. VINCENZO, Mr. DANIELE, a collaborator whose name I don't remember and a girl whose name I don't remember... All with a smile on their faces, all ready to listen... Not for lastly I would like to thank you for the splendid room (225) overlooking the swimming pool, the disco and the sea... And I take this opportunity to remind you that in the evening the disco DOES NOT disturb... if you close the balcony you can't hear anything, the soundproofing is excellent… I can only say from myself and my wife… Thanks guys! Unique spa experience. Sonia, who accompanied us during this experience, was welcoming, kind and professional. We will return without any doubt.

I had breakfast with my son last Sunday. There was a lot of confusion, the staff (very well trained) were not able to deal with all the customers.

Wonderful hotel, spectacular view, excellent food and I congratulate all the staff especially Gino who is exceptional.....and a special thanks to Sonia, the girl from the superb wellness center..... thanks for everything, I will gladly return ❤️
