We returned for a spa weekend, and everything was made even more enjoyable by Sonia, the wellness center manager, who was decisive, proactive, and extremely professional. No offense to the rest of the staff, who proved themselves worthy of their roles: Daniele's warm welcome with a smile, the excellent dishes made exquisite by the expert hand of Chef Vincenzo Sciacchitano, and the friendliness and cordiality of Daniele, the head waiter...everyone was truly invaluable. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back.

It was a good stay overall. .friendly staff, nice room with a balcony and a sea view. The only problem was the food on the dinner and lunch menu was terrible. None of the seafood was fresh the shrimps and sea baa were mealy. I had to eat there a few times after I caught a bad cold , there’s nothing on the menu worth ordering twice.

It's my favorite hotel when I go to Palermo. Modern and efficient. Walking along the seafront and stopping for a brioche and gelato makes the stay even more enjoyable. 🤗

We were really looking forward to our vacation. The hotel has 5 stars, but I would give it 2 at most. Here's why: The hotel is beautiful, the staff very friendly, the pool is great, and the private beach is only a few meters away. But... it was so loud that we couldn't sleep a single night. We had room 304 on the third floor. Directly below the kitchen, where work was carried out until 1 a.m. and again from 3 a.m. We reported it to reception, but to no avail. Other guests on the third floor had the same problem... We also had no hot water twice, and the light switches in the bathroom didn't work. It's probably a problem throughout the hotel, based on what we've heard from guests. We've complained to the tour operator (TUI) and are eagerly awaiting their response.

We arrived early, and our room was already ready for us, so we dropped everything off and headed to the beach, where they had umbrellas and lounge chairs, to enjoy the sea in Cefalù. The staff, the hotel, and the beach were all wonderful!

I really appreciate the wonderful service you have provided to me and my wife. It is a hotel with a terrace for a dream dinner.
