⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly remarkable experience! The fish fregola was the best I've had in Castelsardo, rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. The fried calamari also deserves a special mention: light, crispy, and truly delicious. The fact that the place is pet-friendly is also much appreciated—they immediately brought us a bowl of water for our dogs, a simple but not obvious gesture. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back!

Simply fantastic! At Il Risposte Sale e Peppe in Castelsardo, they treated us like royalty—a warm and sincere welcome that made you feel right at home. The service was impeccable, attentive, and kind, always with a smile. The food was excellent in every course: the freshest ingredients, attention to detail, and authentic flavors that reflect Sardinia. From appetizer to dessert, everything was perfect! An experience I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and feel pampered. Kudos to all the staff—we'll definitely be back! 👏🍷🍝

A very charming restaurant in the heart of Castelsardo. We dined on the veranda; the Sardinian gnocchetti and homemade tiramisu were delicious. The staff and owners were friendly. We found a table without a reservation, but during certain times and times, it's advisable to reserve a table. The menu is varied, with several traditional Sardinian dishes.

31/10/2025: Excellent food, the best in Sardinia, friendly staff, very good and pleasant hosts, skilled chef, hats off! Prompt service, no one feels neglected, accessible parking spaces, close to the sea, for a pleasant walk after dinner.

09/10/2025: Fantastic. Traditional pastries, seadas made and prepared to order, delicious. A true place. Where Sardinia knows how to exist without losing its essence.
21/09/2025: Leaving Colombo Park, our stroll was enriched by a wonderful discovery: 'The Art of Taste'. The name is a promise kept: in every dish, you can sense the care and love for the product. We chose the culurgiones and the ricotta and lemon ravioli. It was a pleasure to watch the lady preparing them right in front of us! The pasta was perfect, and the fillings, generous and well-balanced, made everything even more special. After the first course, we couldn't resist their pastries. We sampled fabulous amaretti and formaggelle, but the real highlight was the seadas, freshly prepared and cooked to order. It was simply superb! The portions are very generous, the prices fair, and the kindness of the owner added an extra touch that never hurts. The restaurant offers both dine-in and take-out options. If you want to savor authentic Sardinian cuisine, this is the place to be.
