Sale e Pepe is a quality delicatessen/rotisserie located just steps from Agira's municipal park. We were a large group of adults and children visiting the town for the cassatella festival. I called the business's mobile number to reserve takeout meals for lunch. Cristina, who took our reservations and served us, was incredibly kind and friendly. If you're looking for traditional Sicilian dishes like baked or pistachio pasta, cutlets, rustici, schiacciate, and the fantastic 400g arancini, you've come to the right place. Fresh ingredients and generous portions. Perfect for takeout or a buffet, with fast and friendly service. Highly recommended for those who love authentic flavors! We've found a great place to stay.

While visiting Agira, four of us had dinner at this deli, featuring two arancini with ragù and two with mushrooms and sausage. The arancini were enormous and delicious, well-seasoned, crispy-breaded, and HUGE! The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and the prices were truly reasonable. We'll definitely be back. Bravo!!!

08/01/2026: We had a wonderful stay and truly experienced farm life at its best. Being able to touch, feed, ride and cuddle the animals made the experience so special, especially for the kids. The absolute highlight was getting to drive the tractor – such a fun and unforgettable moment! Everything felt authentic, peaceful and well cared for. The owners were incredibly kind and patient, always taking the time to explain things and making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Simple moments, muddy shoes, full hearts and memories we will cherish forever. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking to slow down and reconnect with nature.

25/01/2026: We went to this restaurant for lunch after visiting the archaeological area of ​​Aidone. We were greeted by the owner and his son with great kindness and friendliness. We ate divinely!! The food was high-quality and traditional, local. The wine and other drinks, especially the ricotta one, were exceptional.
