10/05/2025: I was extremely impressed by my recent visit to the restaurant "La Collina" in Monte Compatri. From the first moment, the great cleanliness of the place immediately catches the eye, creating a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere, cleanliness that is also found in the toilets. The rooms are spacious and cared for in the smallest details, denoting great attention to the comfort of the guests. An element that I particularly appreciated was the beautiful open kitchen that demonstrates the transparency and care in the preparation of the dishes. The large presence of staff, visibly well organized and coordinated, helped make the experience even more pleasant and fluid. The service was impeccable, in particular the presentation of the food with the "Italian" and "Russian" methods highlighted the great professionalism and competence of the waiting staff. Each course was served with elegance and precision, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the service techniques. "La Collina" stands out for its attention to detail, the quality of the service and the refined atmosphere. It is a restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant day enjoying good food and very good service.
