If you want to enjoy an excellent apperitivo or pinsa or Panini, this is the place!! A little gem, quaint, beautiful with extremely kind staff and great music and atmosphere! I highly recommend it!!

We stumbled upon this place by chance, and the cured meats counter already promised a great aperitif, and indeed it was. Good food, including a spritz aperitif, reasonable prices, and friendly, helpful staff. I recommend it.

11/03/2026: I ordered two pans for dinner: one of local sfincione and one of Margherita pizza. ​The Sfincione: Simply excellent. Soft dough, flavorful and balanced toppings, perfectly cooked. It confirms its position as one of the bakery's strong points. If you're looking for authentic sfincione, this is a safe bet. ​The Margherita Pizza: Unfortunately, this is where the sore point lies. Unlike the sfincione, the Margherita wasn't up to par. Too dry, the dough was heavy, and the mozzarella was mediocre. A real shame because it has potential, but the comparison with the sfincione was unforgiving. ​In summary: Highly recommended for the sfincione, but the Margherita pizza still needs work to reach the same standard of quality. I recommend using a different dough than the sfincione, as this will make the pizza softer and improve the quality of the mozzarella.
