Scelto proprio a caso senza guardare le altre recensioni e di fretta. Cibo ottimo, davvero tutto buonissimo! Dalla semplice pasta al ragù per il bambino al polipo cotto alla perfezione! Se dovessimo ricapitare in zona torneremmo. Prezzi un po’ sopra la norma ma data la qualità ci sta.

I visited the Saladier for the first time today and I was absolutely enchanted! The experience was exceptional in every way. The dishes are simply delicious, prepared with excellent raw materials that enhance the taste and quality of each course. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, making the atmosphere welcoming and pleasant. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with special attention to cleanliness that doesn't go unnoticed. The environment is cared for down to the smallest detail, helping to create a complete gastronomic experience.

Comfortable environment in an old farmhouse near the industrial area of ​​Vinci. We always come for a quick business lunch, excellent dishes with raw materials of undoubted quality. Perfect restaurant both for an informal business lunch and for an atmospheric dinner in the evening. Prices are fair and appropriate to the quality offered. Highly recommended, probably the best in the area.

L’ambiente parla da solo, un vecchio casolare affacciato sulle colline ricche di vigneti di Vinci; posizione strategica: il giorno nell’immediata vicinanza della zona produttiva di Vinci per un veloce pranzo di lavoro; la sera invece si trasforma con l’oscurità in un ambiente caldo e romantico per una cena anche a lume di candela. La qualità dei prodotti è imparagonabile; la mia esperienza è stata a pranzo, dove veniamo abitualmente; si può mangiare pietanze più “semplici” (che assicurano comunque un gusto unico) che alla carta. Massimo e Cristina riescono a metterti a proprio agio e, venendoci a volte anche con nostri clienti, riescono a capire quando ci si deve comportare più formalmente oppure si può essere più goliardici. Chiunque sia venuto con noi ci ha sempre fatto i complimenti per l’ambiente, il menù, l’ospitalità. Per me pertanto un plus. Si può pranzare con una cifra come quella di un bar ma è tutt’altra cosa!!! Consigliatissimo se capitate in zona per lavoro ma ancor di più a cena!
