Excellent dinner, accompanied by Gimmi at the service, who perfectly recommended dishes and wine. The saffron and peposo tortelloni were memorable. Special attention was paid to celiac disease and various intolerances. Relaxed atmosphere in a quiet setting. Price was reasonable: for a full meal, consider €65 per person. The owner was friendly.

This delightful restaurant is located not far from Vinci; we found it thanks to a quick Google search.
The owner explained the menu to us, and we asked if we could start with some cheeses. He replied, "I'll surprise you."
They were indeed meticulously selected, and he explained the origins of each one.
We continued with a superb wild boar ragù and an excellent Tuscan liver pâté.
The best things sometimes happen by chance; Saladier turned out to be a delightful discovery.

An intimate and well-maintained venue, with courteous and professional staff and incredibly delicious food.
I highly recommend it. Every detail was taken care of, and the service was truly impeccable. I can't wait to go back!

Sometimes the best things happen by chance, and this is one of those times.
I found it by chance because in Vinci they were either closed or full, and being in an industrial area, you wouldn't give a damn. And yet... The owner was incredibly kind, the place was very well-kept, and the food was more than excellent, both in quality and preparation, with a wide selection of wines. The price was a little above average, but well-deserved, so...

We went for a wine tasting paired with the menu. Delicious and beautifully presented food, excellent wines, and knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Excellent value for money! A refined atmosphere; we'll definitely be back in the summer to eat outside!
