From the first to the last moment, every detail was taken care of with great professionalism. The Welcome: From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with rare warmth and friendliness by the owner Anna and her entire staff. The staff is meticulous, attentive to every little need, and capable of making every guest feel at ease. The staff's organization allows us to enjoy the party without a care in the world, from the carefully curated outdoor setup for wonderful souvenir photos to the inclusion of freebies for the little ones throughout the day (the outdoor room is set up for a crepe and popcorn cart, as well as a play area for the children inside, who are, of course, supervised by staff). The music and vocalist were also fun, engaging all the guests with discretion and without being pushy. The Cuisine: The lunch was impeccable in every way. Each course was a triumph of flavors, with high-quality ingredients cooked to perfection and presented with great elegance and modernity. All our guests couldn't help but compliment the deliciousness and freshness of the dishes. (They even ordered second courses.) The location is enchanting and the atmosphere is magical, but it's the passion, precision, and heart of those who work there that truly make the difference. We got married a few days ago and celebrated here at Sala Ermica, and we couldn't have made a better choice!! We've been in love with the room for a while now, having attended another event there a couple of years ago. I already knew this would be our room for our special day, and so it was ❤️ Anna, the owner, was simply unique. She followed us every step of the way, was there for us at every moment, and was always thoughtful and ready to help. A thank you is never enough ❤️ Walter, the Maitre d', was impeccable, always available and ready, even for our little girl. He made all her wishes come true. And what can I say about the Chef? Wonderful dishes full of colors and aromas, every ingredient was of excellent quality. The waiters were always helpful and kind to everyone; they did an excellent job. My sincere compliments to Anna and all her staff. You made us live a dream come true! ❤️

I wish I could find the right words to adequately honor and credit this place and its staff. From the very first moment, we found the Director, Anna, to be a capable and competent person who, with great professionalism, guided us through the planning of our reception. Throughout every phase leading up to the big day, Anna was able to advise us with great experience, showing us what could be done and leaving us free to make our wedding decisions. From the very beginning, she inspired confidence and security. It would be an understatement to say that on May 23, 2026, our expectations were met: the result went far beyond our imagination. Aside from the quantity and quality of the dishes, which were repeatedly complimented by all the guests (among them was a renowned chef), the attention to detail, the elegance, the expertise, and the refinement crowned the entire day with magic. From the conservatory to the dining room to the outdoor space... everything was impeccably decorated. Enchanting. The maitre d' looked after us, the newlyweds, superbly: we felt pampered and cared for at every moment. Anna, a discreet and attentive presence, made this day unforgettable for everyone present. Further praise is due for the organization of the aperitif, the fireworks, the confetti, the cigar and rum corner, and the cake cutting, as well as the dessert service (sublime!). This place is a guarantee, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants their day to be unforgettable. Thank you for everything. You are in my heart.

Wonderful place and ideal location for any occasion. We were there for my son Francesco's first communion and they left nothing to be desired: from the decor to the service to the entertainment. Everything was organized excellently. Anna also made us feel at home with her hospitality and professionalism. Highly recommended.
