The host at our agriturismo recommended this cheese dairy to us and we are very happy that she did. The service was lovely and attentive, the food was spectacular, and the whole experience was just beautiful. We started with a salumi platter and it’s one of the best I have had in my life so far (and I have had my fair share of those all around Italy). The main dishes were also absolutely delicious. Everything was made with love and attention to detail, using a lot of the produce from their own farm. In short: if you’re in the area, don’t miss this gem.

Quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated place! Excellent lunch: each course has its own unique and distinctive flavor. The menu is designed to please everyone, from appetizer to dessert. The owner is extremely kind, helpful, and skilled at guiding you through the various flavors. A place I would gladly return to and highly recommend.

Luisa ed il suo staff vi invitano nella loro sala da pranzo per gustare i loro prodotti aziendali. Il sito è immerso nel verde della vallata alle porte di Montefiascone, non distante dal lago di Bolsena. I piatti che vengono proposti sono gustosi ed appetitosi e genuini. Non mi credete? Allora non vi resta che andarci per toccare con le vostre papille gustative.

Torniamo in questo ristorante dopo qualche anno di assenza e troviamo il medesimo clima elegante , curato e casalingo, mix arduo da gestire. Il menù è vario e interessante tant’è che nell’indecisione abbiamo preso numerose portate. Antipasto composto da selezione di formaggi prodotti in azienda e prosciutto Patanegra veramente eccezionale. Come primo consiglio vivamente i panzerotti con brasato di bufala, per secondo una Farana ripiena, in tutta onestà tra i piatti migliori mangiati al mondo. Non c’è guida Michelin o ristorante stellato che possa reggere il confronto. Da provare ASSOLUTAMENTE. Ps. Prezzi qualità prezzo da 10 e lode.
