10/06/2024: I ordered a birthday cake compliments to the pastry chef because it was really good and beautiful the only flaw was the base underneath was huge even though it was shown in the photo but overall it was really beautiful so I can't complain about the cake; However, I have to complain about the service because when I picked it up I saw that the base was huge and I couldn't have kept it in my fridge, so I kindly ask them to keep it for a little longer until 12.30 and the sales assistant was a beautiful woman. in shape she got annoyed and complained that then they would have to do a lot of work to remove the paper and put it back in the fridge, but I say... I'm paying you and you're at work so it's your duty to try to make me eat the product as fresh as possible and a little kindness wouldn't hurt! When picking it up he asked us if we needed a hand to carry it to the car and we told him yes because the cake was really huge and heavy. we go out and the car was parked on the other side of the road, there the sales assistant got annoyed and replied "then you can take it". Here I understand everything because sometimes working in customer service can be stressful but you should be a little kinder and put yourself in the customer's shoes, especially if you are paid and don't give anything to anyone! Instead, the clerk who gave me the bill with which I paid was kind and was courteous in keeping the cake for a little longer.
