A beautiful hotel with a great pool area, a great bar and restaurant. I was only here as a guest in the bar, but everything else looked very good. The prices are more than reasonable compared to the quality. I have an apartment near here and was able to charge my car cheaply overnight. Overall a great experience with consistently friendly employees. I like to enjoy a cocktail or charge my car here. Thank you for everything.

We were in different places, but here it was magical. From the very beginning to check-out, every member of staff tried their best to make us feel special and cared for. The rooms were prepared perfectly and refreshed perfectly every day, and the view from the terrace of the lake makes the evenings magical. The breakfasts are a masterpiece, everything is fresh, the selection is excellent, fruit, vegetables, juices (ready and squeezed on site), vegetables and fruits, coffee, tea, pancakes, preserves and jams (from local suppliers), bread, etc. as in 4/5 * hotels plus extremely important: sitting every day on the terrace overlooking the lake, we felt like in paradise. The swimming pools and spa area are great (cleaned with salts, not chlorine - great!). A sufficient selection of sun loungers, sofas and relaxation areas, in the sun and shade in the garden and by the pools. Pier and small private beaches, possibility of using a vintage Fiat 500 car, SUPs, pedal boats, kayaks. Every day you can draw various attractions (motorboat, boat, jet ski cruise, etc.). The swimming pools have bar service via WhatsApp, which is very convenient. There are enough places in the indoor and outdoor parking lot. The bar equipment (it's an absolute masterpiece, everyone will find something for themselves, up to very sophisticated items of each type of alcohol) plus the quality of service and the ability to prepare drinks, coffees and appetizers are brilliant. Generally, you can write and provide arguments for so many things. The place and the staff are extremely friendly to children and animals, which is a big plus! It's not cheap, but it's not dramatically expensive either. This silence, this atmosphere... the proximity of interesting places to visit and... it's rare to have a restaurant with a Miechelin star on site, and there... I already described this in the review for the NIN restaurant. And one more thing, the owner and employees are very nice and you feel that it's natural and not forced. We are grateful to everyone and everyone, because thanks to their work we had a fantastic holiday and we will definitely come back ❤️🎯 it was a magical and special time for our family! A great hotel, great service, great facilities, great location, and great food. There is not much more you could want from a hotel. The rooms were also very nice, with great views over the lake. There is also an excellent spa.

Excellent hotel with exceptionally good cuisine

You can experience Italian hospitality here at any time. Very friendly service, very attentive and they try to fulfill all wishes. The rooms are very lovingly furnished, each probably has its own style. The wellness area in the garden was very well maintained, nothing dried out. Private access to the beach with a private area for hotel residents. Everything was absolutely great, we would love to come back. For this 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Insane restaurant. Best management

We’ve had the best 5 days here, the hotel itself is situated in a beautiful, quiet location with easy access to Malscesine. This might be a 4* hotel but the service is 5*. I have never stayed anywhere where the staff are so consistently accommodating. We visited the Nin restaurant and it was worth it, we had a great experience enjoying our first Michelin star restaurant. The breakfast was fantastic, so much choice, and everything was fresh and high quality (even a juice machine to make your own juices - amazing). Bikes are available to use free of charge which I’d really recommend as the lake front path is stunning. It’s definitely worth a visit!! Thank you Belfiore.

Perfect location right on the beach. Breakfast is simply awesome. Diverse, really everything! Even sparkling wine and caviar at no extra charge! Gluten-free products, fresh bee products, lots of fresh fruit, juices to squeeze yourself, coffee of all kinds, in short: nothing was missing. Excellent large room with two balconies and whirlpool. Staff in the spa area were also very attentive and tolerant. Parking lot suitable for oldies and low-slung cars. Loungers and parasols are available.
