Very friendly, attentive, and unobtrusive service! The food (we had the seafood/fish menu) was very well-balanced and completely satisfied. The wine selection leaves nothing to be desired. The only thing that bothered us slightly was the lighting, which could be a bit dimmer. Otherwise, everything was excellent! The restaurant offers a menu of traditional Sicilian cuisine, thoughtfully reinterpreted with a modern twist and presented with refinement and elegance. The dining room service is excellent, professional and meticulously crafted, with excellent presentation and matching wines. The dining room is also well-maintained and welcoming, but above all, the staff's professionalism and kindness prevail. Highly recommended!!!

We had an outstanding meal at Sagré ristorante. From the ambiance to the service to the food everything was top notch. A clean, elegant setting stands in contrast to many of the tourist traps in the city center. The owner and chef served us himself and did an excellent job explaining the dishes and their ingredients. Everything was locally sourced and fresh as can be. Don’t miss Sagré ristorante!

We came to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and were hoping for a special dinner... and our expectations were not only met, but even exceeded! What an amazing experience! We ordered the 4 course seafood tasting menue and because of a quiet evening, the chef himself took care of us! Every course felt perfect, loved the entrée, the raw seafood appetizer had shrimp that felt fresher than the ones we got from the market! The pasta was excellent and even though Salvo said the dessert is probably what we'll remember most, I have to say the tuna from the grilled mixed fish platter was unforgettable! I'm writing this three days after we ate there as to not cloud my judgment - but I'd still give more than five stars if I could! SagGre shouldn't have quiet evenings, but we couldn't have been happier to catch one. Salvo is an excellent chef and we're glad we got to try his creations!
