The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is excellent. I recommend the Caprese and fettuccine alla bolognese.

Best food and service we have had in Rome so far. Will be hard to find a better meal.

He graciously accepted a special off-menu request: spaghetti with tomato sauce and Roman basil. And what arrived at the table was much more than just a simple pasta dish. It was a direct journey into the most authentic Rome, a city that sometimes seems forgotten amidst culinary trends and modern interpretations. The flavors were pure, faithful, without artifice. The tomato sauce was just right, the fragrant olive oil, the fresh basil, and above all, the pasta was perfectly al dente. Chef Paolo uses only authentic ingredients, remaining faithful to the recipe and the essence of a dish that many seek but few can recreate. In a city where tradition often gets lost, Sabatini and his chef bring us back to the Rome of old. Les plats servis étaient très bons, bravo au chef cuisinier, toutefois l’accueil laisse à désirer ; que cela soit par le « racoleur » à l’entrée de l’établissement , le responsable du restaurant a l’air préoccupé et des serveurs pas plus souriants. Dommage !

Come si poteva immaginare da una visione esteriore e da vari commenti su siti e riviste specializzati , e un locale che si basa sulla location ( in piazza davanti alla magnifica Basilica ) e su una certa eleganza del servizio. Ma la cucina non è tra le migliori assaggiate a Roma
