We enjoyed a high-quality meal, especially for the choice of ingredients. The chef was extremely helpful and welcoming, in a refined setting reminiscent of a classic Roman restaurant. The fish dishes are highly recommended.

One of the best meals we’ve had in Rome. The fettuccine Alfredo with truffles was out of this world and the t-bone cooked to perfection. We will definitely come back to Sabatinis.

Dinner at Sabatini in Rome was a truly wonderful experience. The evening shined thanks to Peter and executive chef Paolo—both absolutely excellent and instrumental in making our visit unforgettable. We felt welcome right away, surrounded by an atmosphere that perfectly balanced elegance and comfort with a view over the picturesque Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere. Our meal, featuring both traditional Roman dishes and fresh seafood, was outstanding in flavor and quality. The attentive staff and the rich wine selection elevated our night, leaving us delighted and grateful for the warm, professional service.

Les plats servis étaient très bons, bravo au chef cuisinier, toutefois l’accueil laisse à désirer ; que cela soit par le « racoleur » à l’entrée de l’établissement , le responsable du restaurant a l’air préoccupé et des serveurs pas plus souriants. Dommage !
