Worth visiting to understand and appreciate Modica chocolate

Great place to try and buy a multitude of chocolates.

Around 50 flavours of chocolate to taste from. The atmosphere was not inviting, I really think the assistant was knowledgeable, but some guidance would have been appreciated. It’s a good place to see what flavours you like. They sell mostly dark chocolate. The chocolate is not soft, due to no cocoa butter, it does not really melt in your mouth, it was crumbly and somehow dry. It’s interesting to feel the whole granules of sugar and pieces of rosemary, ginger and all sorts of herbs and spices

Nice shop, possibility to taste the chocolate, which in addition to being of various flavors is also packaged in original ways. An excellent alternative to souvenirs. I tried the savory one and the chilli one. Bought both and more. Friendly and trained staff. You receive cute baskets so you can do your shopping. I liked it.

They had really creative chocolate here and the person staffing the desk did a great job of explaining things. I felt I learned quite a bit about the Modican way of making chocolate, how to enjoy it, and what it's all about. I was impressed with the aged chocolate, which really does take on a huge amount of flavor. Walked out with tons of gifts.

WHAT CHOCOLATE! I did the tasting in January, and we picked up some products to take home. Despite a small problem with the chocolate, I immediately reported it to the company by telephone who responded promptly and sent us a free box two days later. For me this is work rigor and a prompt response to any need. Congratulations indeed!

Let me start by saying that I found this brand online because I didn't want to give in to the usual names from large retailers like Venchi, Lindt etc... The price therefore seemed fair to me at 0.80 per piece and I only bought 75% organic loose dark chocolates but all three specialties: mascobado, panela, coconut palm flowers and 100% sugar-free. My experience was positive because, despite not being an expert, I can say that I really liked them on the palate and they are really very practical and not too thin or small. Some varieties are perhaps very similar to each other and I should have paid more attention when tasting... 100% really powerful, very strong and bitter and I would only recommend it to those who know what they will encounter... very fast shipping but the packaging really minimal, that is, plastic bags crumpled up on themselves. I would recommend this brand and will probably buy again.
