A truly fascinating experience in the heart of Modica. The variety and selection of chocolate is incredible, with unique and sophisticated flavor combinations. The atmosphere is extremely clean, well-maintained, and modern. I truly appreciated the staff's willingness to let us taste all the different types of chocolate available: a great way to make an informed choice about your favorite flavors. A recommended stop for lovers of quality!

There was a tour program, which included explanations of various chocolates and a brief demonstration of the technique for infusing chocolate with aromas in a back room.
I was a bit disappointed with the hands-on experience, as it wasn't about making anything.
The chocolate didn't stick to the roof of your mouth, which was a unique and luxurious touch. This is said to be due to the low-temperature process separating the chocolate from the sugar.
I visited a sandwich shop in Syracuse, and while they sell the same chocolate, I couldn't sample it.

Sabadi's 100% cocoa "100 e lode" raw chocolate is exquisite...excellent...a true delicacy...a treat for connoisseurs.

Delicious chocolate. Innovative and artisanal. Definitely worth a stop for any chocolate lover. It will be like nothing you've ever tasted. Check your expectations at the door and enjoy!

Cool place with good atmosphere and lighting. Kind staff that are willing to answer all your questions and the chocolate was good. Kind of limiting only being able to taste 3 flavours, but with gold reason.

A very nice selection of chocolates, and the saleswoman gives you time to try everything. She's happy to answer questions and was super friendly. Prices are, of course, upper-middle-range.

A wonderful experience. Every sip is a journey through the flavors and aromas our land has to offer. Sublime chocolate, suitable for any palate. We also tried the red bitter made with Cerasuolo di Vittoria grapes, which is a delicacy, but what impressed me most and which I especially recommend are the "affinati" (affined liqueurs). We tried the tea and pepper one.
