After years and years, I tasted their chocolate and discovered that the one I'd always eaten before (very grainy) doesn't even come close to the goodness of "real Modica chocolate"...what Sabadi can offer you. Delicious and waiting to be discovered, we were captivated by Valentina's passion, who explained to us how it's made and how to taste it to truly appreciate this deliciousness. The store is also beautiful, and in my opinion, it's one of the must-see attractions in the splendid town of Modica.

We decided to visit Modica on Sunday. This chocolate shop near the city cathedral was a real discovery. Easily accessible by car. They welcomed us with professionalism and expertise. There are two types of tastings available; we chose the chocolate tasting paired with fortified wines produced by the same company. For €18 per person, we enjoyed a tour of how Modica chocolate is made, its fame, and its distinctive features. They then explained and showed us how the chocolate is aged. And then the tasting, which awakened all the senses. A highly recommended experience. This company is very attentive to quality and keeps up with the times, combining the tradition of Modena chocolate with modern, fun, and striking packaging.

I enjoyed the Sabadi chocolate shop; the chocolates are very good and refined. The flavors are original. I recommend buying Modica chocolates from this quality shop.

We went to taste the various types of chocolate on September 23rd. The girl, whose name I don't remember but I remember her kindness very well, gave us all the information we asked for. We also tasted some refined chocolates paired with their three types of vermouth. I must say it was a wonderful experience. Emanuela and Franco

A frosty welcome in this well-located shop. The lady's persistent, cold stares prompted us to politely point this out to her after we'd checked out. She replied that "it was offensive" and that it was "Italian style" not to take her eyes off us. We've been visiting Sicily for several days, and I've never experienced such hostility and embarrassing surveillance. Sorry, it wasn't "Italian style," but rudeness, dishonesty, and racial profiling. Luckily, the chocolates are good enough to counterbalance this horrible saleswoman.

Extraordinary variety of flavors but they don't know the history of Modica chocolate well.

The sales associate (Valentina) was really nice and kind. I got to sample all sorts for chocolates and bought a few bars for my family.

A wonderful tasting of chocolate with 30 or more different flavors. The lady was very helpful! I highly recommend it!
