Saaz Restobar In Roma

Celebrated a graduation party of a friend’s daughter at Saaz. We were visiting from the USA and were pleasantly surprised by the awesome party arrangement. Superb food and ambience. All food items and drinks on the curated menu were top notch. The owners made sure to welcome us. Definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We went based on reviews, the food was absolutely great, we didn’t have reservations so they sat us by the door, someone else who may be tied to the restaurant’s operations got involved as she saw we had not been served water or even had someone come by to take our order… and she was sitting a table across from us… we got our order in, and water.. we got dirty glasses twice, finally got a cleaner glass, and then eventually the food… which was really good, we would recommend the chef any day, we also never got our drinks…. Eventually a manager came to speak to us, and we told him typically drinks come before the meal at any other place… and he hadn’t even bothered to find out what the issue was so he wasn’t even aware that we ordered drinks…. We wouldn’t go back to dine in based on the service, he told us they have a party booked in the other room that’s why ther service is slow…. Not sure why they didn’t staff properly on this side if they were hosting a party.. we did hear the staff tell everyone coming in after our conversation that service was slow. Also when the manager passed by again, we asked him for the bill, he said no problem… the. We saw him walk past us a minute later and go straight outside…. Someone eventually brought our bill… when we went left, the manager was sitting on a chair smoking…. Definitely don’t bother, there must be other options… this restaurant doesn’t match the vibe of Rome just yet… the lady that helped us knows way more on operations and she definitely needs more control and to get involved for this place to be amazing, the potential is there because of the chef and the location…

The food stood out from everything we had tried in Rome. It was really delicious and some of the best. The staff was friendly and committed to a quality that exceeded our expectations. We wish we could go there regularly.

The food and service was excellent. We ordered chole bhattora, lamb biryani, and veg noodles. Everything was prepared perfectly and tasted good. Highly recommend.

Amazing Food & Upbeat Energy—Just Watch Your Bill! ​Pros: The food here is absolutely delicious, and the Vada Pav was fantastic! The atmosphere is lively, upbeat, and the music sets a great vibe for a night out. ​Cons: Service and team communication definitely need improvement. We ordered Bhel as an appetizer, but it never arrived—even after our main courses came out. We had to cancel it, yet it still showed up on our final bill at the register. ​Verdict: Worth visiting for the incredible food and fun atmosphere, but keep an eye on your order status and double-check your receipt!

Best meal I had in Italy. The butter chicken was perfect, the best I ever had. Mango lassi was great as well. The music was great too.

Delicious food and drinks. Everything is homemade and really good quality. Nice atmosphere.
