Abbiamo pranzato nel ristorante con una bella vista panoramica. I cibi erano ottimi e deliziosi, i dessert fenomenali. Il Prezzo è nella norma.C'erano dei tavoli all' aperto.E' una struttura storica lo staff è garbato e cordiale . Lo Consiglio.

Here's a fitting review for the Hotel Saalerwirt in South Tyrol: Wonderful stay at the Hotel Saalerwirt Our stay at the Hotel Saalerwirt was simply perfect! The idyllic location surrounded by nature offers an ideal starting point for hikes and ski tours. The tranquility and beautiful surroundings make it the perfect place to relax. The food was excellent – ​​regional, fresh ingredients, prepared with love. We particularly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere during yoga in the morning and the soothing sauna after an active day. A warm and authentic hotel with plenty of charm – we'll definitely be back!

A complete, carefree package, simply a fantastic place to unwind, recharge, and meet nice people. The hosts and their staff, in particular, are so friendly and easygoing; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food, the view, and above all the wellness offerings, including yoga and treatments – simply a dream!

Highly recommended!! We've been to the Saalerwirt several times. Both the appetizers and main courses tasted excellent as always and were of outstanding quality; the homemade raspberry poppy seed cake was a true delight. The portions were generous and the price was more than fair. The service staff were friendly and attentive; even the chef personally inquired about guest satisfaction. The ambiance was very pleasant, the restaurant beautifully bright and warm with a great view. The location itself is, of course, always worth a visit and delights us every time. We'll definitely be back!

We are staying in the country house, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The half-board option with the evening menu is an ABSOLUTE RECOMMENDATION! This gourmet meal is accompanied by excellent wines, which the young host, Gabriel, is happy to recommend. The rest of the service staff also has their hearts in the right place and is extremely friendly. The newly renovated spa area is wonderful and another highlight. HIGHLY recommended for a relaxing vacation!

Schloss Hotel Korb

21/05/2025: The two of us stayed at the Schloss Hotel Korb from Sunday to Wednesday. The first impression was good, but the room was a bit dated. Upon entering, we could hear the toilet running, and the rain shower wasn't working. Otherwise, everything was clean and tidy. The common rooms are also overflowing with decorative items and are partly dusty and run-down. The hotel is definitely in need of renovation in many areas. The location is outstanding, and the view over Bolzano speaks for itself. A beautifully landscaped outdoor area with an infinity pool and sauna in front of the vineyards is inviting and impressive. The service is very inconsistent and dependent on the individual. From long wait times to inattentiveness and ignorance, we unfortunately had mostly negative experiences with the service. All in all, the stay was fine, but we wouldn't come back under these circumstances.
