We had the most amazing experience and food at Sa Panada. By far the best food we've had as we've traveled through Italy these last few weeks. Not only was the food excellent, the service was really friendly too. If you're in Cagliari and looking to experience Sardinian cuisine, do not miss this place out.

Vegan cutting board!!! Friday evening totally vegan aperitif! Chopping board with traditional panadine and culurgiones but in a vegan way 🫶🏾 Sardinian fregola with delicious sautéed mushrooms. Roasted potatoes, aubergines and courgettes as a side dish, all excellent Staff always very kind and prepared. I recommend it to vegans and vegetarians as there is also a vegetarian platter. "Sa Panada" è un ristorante che incarna perfettamente la tradizione culinaria sarda, con una proposta autentica e gustosissima. Il piatto forte del locale è sicuramente la panada, preparata con maestria e che conquista al primo morso. Le panade sono uniche, ricche di sapori e realizzate con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Ma non solo: i taglieri misti offrono una varietà che accontenta tutti i gusti, dalle carni succulente al pesce fresco, passando per le verdure saporite. Ogni piatto è un'esplosione di gusto, perfettamente equilibrato e mai troppo pesante. I prezzi sono assolutamente competitivi, in linea con la qualità del cibo e con la zona, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il servizio è accogliente e cordiale, e l’atmosfera del ristorante è molto rilassante, perfetta per una cena in compagnia o una serata speciale. Se siete a caccia di un'ottima esperienza gastronomica sarda, con piatti tipici e una qualità senza compromessi, "Sa Panada" è senza dubbio il posto giusto. Super consigliato!
