Keen to experience Sardinian food and we liked Sa Domu Sarda so much we went twice simply to work our way around their interesting Sardinian meat-focused menu. Waiters Lucio & Pier Gianni were so helpful with our orders and wine selections. Special place.

A restaurant in the center of Cagliari where the service is the icing on the cake of well-prepared traditional dishes. I tried an appetizer and a main course—carasau millefeuille and donkey stew—and left satisfied. If I could find a flaw, it's the bill, including cover charge and water, which came to €42.50.

Excellent Sardinian cuisine, but not the usual fare. I must say that the ingredients are excellent and the dishes are surprising. The welcome is great. The place is very intimate (the tables are for two), and the staff is careful to seat people so they don't disturb each other. Everything is very pleasant. Not exactly cheap.

Agriturismo Sa Mindula

15/01/2026: We were there on Epiphany Day 2026. The food was good, generous portions, friendly and attentive service, and fair prices. The ravioli were excellent. The place was well-heated and welcoming.
