Brasia BBQ Agricolo In Tadasuni

A place where meat is a cult. I'm sharing my lunch experience after finding the place based on recommendations from locals, luckily having booked in advance. The wait from the door to the order was short, but it often seemed like they were losing pieces of the order. The food served was really good, perhaps over-seasoned, but perhaps it was almost necessary to make it that way. The restaurant gets a good rating, but some lapses in service could be improved, although this doesn't detract from a wonderful carnivorous experience.

Burgermania: On Thursday evenings, you can't help but try one of the best burgers at Brasia BBQ. The meat and the various ingredients are excellent, so tasty you'll want to ask for more. The vegetarian option is also excellent! The desserts are spectacular!

After several dinners over the years enjoying excellent meat dishes, today I tried the burger... Both the meat (250g of goodness) and the vegetarian one were excellent, plentiful and surprisingly satisfying... worth the price, highly recommended.

Lunch with friends in a very nice place, with a wide selection of wines and spirits, all beautifully displayed. It would take more than two months to taste them all. The "meat safe" is interesting, with the ones that have been aged longer easily recognizable. We eat on an outdoor veranda, surrounded by greenery, quite comfortable and quiet despite the crowd. The various dishes, including appetizers, are truly exquisite, especially the perfectly cooked meats. The meats are beautifully moist, not stringy, and very flavorful, and we practically devour them. The staff are very friendly, informal, and friendly. They're quick but not rushed, in fact, we had to ask for a few items a couple of times (well, that's understandable when the place is crowded). The table was perhaps a little small for the occasion, but we made do anyway. The tiramisu was good, although I would have preferred a more classic presentation (personal taste, obviously). I would have expected the price to be a little lower, but it's still fair enough; we ate very well. A must-try place that I highly recommend; I've already saved it to my favorites, so...

The tagliata was excellent, the appetizers were NI... the bombette had a slightly rancid taste, perhaps the spices?? The skewers and the arancini were not to my taste, the music was pleasant, I expected the bitter taste offered... but no!

Charming restaurant serving Sardinian specialties with modern twists. Excellent selection of wines and drinks.
