Unfortunately disappointing, tried on the advice of acquaintances in the area who evidently have lower standards. Food and service like a village trattoria, prices like a real restaurant. Large choice of spirits.

After getting a little lost in the surroundings of Lake Omodeo, we found this corner of paradise for lunch by chance. It is a quiet and extremely quality restaurant, with a pleasant terrace overlooking a family park with olive trees. The food is excellent for meat lovers, there are also some vegetarian options. The products are fresh (even the salad which looks homemade), the meat is cooked to perfection and there are many choices of tapas. The drinks are also wonderfully chosen, a bar and a huge cellar. A gem in the middle of the countryside, run by charming and kind people. Go for it without hesitation!!!

Here I ate REAL Sardinian cow and drank (not tasted, because "I don't taste, I drink") the Nepente di Oliena from Dannunziana (D'Annunzio TVB, because you know how to enjoy it). And it is right here, from the nuragic stone, that I write my memoirs: veal bombas, tartare, succulent skewers and a native Boves Florentine steak were my pleasure. How full of sumptuous pleasure was Nepenthes [from Lat. nepenthes, gr. νηπενϑής «which takes away the pain»], red of love from Barbagia. And since my feelings are sweet, I concluded my sumptuous meal with tiramisu embellished with the islander and very Sardinian Savoyard. In conclusion: the poetic nature of the cuisine enchanted me, the vastness of the cellar inebriated me and the friendliness of the staff comforted me. I highly recommend every traveler to stop in that wonderful place... which bears the name of BRASIA.

In general not in line with the prices
the service is slow and less than basic, the portions are below average, the quality, cooking and sauces of the products are nothing special.

Located in a small town, we found this place on Google maps. We didn’t make a reservation but came around 8pm and there were no issues with getting a table for two people. We had the 7 course tasting menu for €38pp which was great value for: four starters to share, gnocchi and then steak and potato wedges in olive oil. The dessert was tiramisu which was the perfect ending to it all - it was so good! Definitely check the place out.
