You'll fall in love with Brasia instantly! It's a true gem in the heart of Sardinia, where you instantly feel at home and the food is superb, with flavors that are both authentic and innovative; spectacular, masterfully cooked meats, and carefully selected Sardinian and international wines. Top-notch service, courtesy, and professionalism are not always easy to find. I don't live nearby, but Brasia is a must whenever I can. Go there, too—you won't regret it!

Enchanting place. Typical local food, divinely cooked. Delicious meat. Excellent value. The desserts and spirits are top-notch... What more can I say? Absolutely worth a try!

We booked with my family five days in advance for Saturday lunch. The place is nice and welcoming. We arrived at 1:15 PM and had to wait about half an hour to order. In short, after enjoying an appetizer, a main course, a dessert, and a coffee, we managed to leave at 4:30 PM...as if we were at a wedding! It was a scorching evening. There was a wide selection of wines at decent prices, but the meat dishes were disappointing (non-existent marinades, poor-quality cuts, minimal seasoning), while the desserts were good. When I pointed out that the time to eat was truly excessive, they justified themselves by saying that they had received 30 reservations that morning (30 people weren't there when we arrived). We looked into this claim: the alleged numerous last-minute reservations couldn't have affected the service, as the dining room staff was often understaffed; the kitchen remains the only factor. But do you think it's credible that in the kitchen they call chefs based on the number of people attending? And what about the consistency of quality? Throughout this whole situation, the fixed point was the manager (owner?) who was calmly chatting with his friends. See you never again.

The food is excellent, with a perfect selection of meats and perfect cooking. The desserts are also superb. I do have one small criticism, however (despite giving it top marks in all the reviews): in my opinion, the portions are a bit small. For example, I had the pork ribs and was quite impressed by the portion. Everything else was excellent, however.

What can I say? We fell in love with this place! The appetizers... the meat... the desserts... the quality of the food and not to mention the service... welcoming, professional... and they know what they're selling! We'll be back!

Fantastic place, with a park out front for the kids to play in. We went with friends and a little girl. We booked and had a great time. The food and wine were good, and the desserts were spectacular...highly recommended!

I've been going to the BBQ Agricole for a while now, and what can I say? I'm in love with the beef tenderloin, so tender it cuts itself! Absolutely spectacular! Like everything else! The appetizers are delicious, as are the desserts! Unfortunately, we've always been there on days when the place was packed, so the wait to order and receive our dishes was a bit long, but we won't stop going because it's truly worth it! TOP quality-price ratio! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent meat, but in general, excellent products! See you next time ❤️

We went to Brasia for lunch with a group of friends, choosing the place after hearing about it for a long time and seizing the opportunity to finally try it. The restaurant is located in a small park in the town of Tadasuni and features a predominantly wood-themed interior and a good number of seats both inside and outside. All the dishes were truly top-notch, starting with the appetizers, especially the tartare and chorizo ​​with beans. The grilled rib-eye steak was also very good, despite a few slight flaws. We also had a carbonara agricole, which was equally good. Among the desserts, the biscuits with rum cream were very interesting. A wide selection of wines is available. Special thanks to all the wait staff, especially Paola, who welcomed us throughout the (long) lunch. Reservations are highly recommended.
