This place is amazing!! The owner is very nice and food is great. Great service and fresh dairy food. We had pizza, pesto pasta, falafel and breakfast. Highly recommend!

Lovely place hidden from the main tourist area. We ordered the mix vegetarian platter and were very happy with it.

There is fish on the menu, it's not vegetarian, it's kosher parve. Good hummus, the falafel was fine, and the pita had a good flavor but was very dense and thick.

My husband and I had the most wonderful meals at Ruth’s during our time in Florence on our honeymoon. The food, especially the fungi mushroom pasta and the pizza was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. In addition, our Friday night Shabbat dinner was absolutely outstanding, with lovely dishes, especially the salmon and potatoes. Also, the owner was incredibly friendly and kind. We can’t recommend Ruth’s enough.

Encantador restaurante familiar que sirve platos vegetarianos kosher. Sopas abundantes, lagos divertidos con caponata y ensalada, blinis, etc. servicio amable.

15/05/2025: I stopped by because the Google Maps rating was good, and I realized that there was a reason why places with good ratings had such good reviews. It was the best gelato I've ever had 🥹
12/05/2025: The first ice cream shop I went to in Florence, and it definitely deserves to be on my list of ice cream shops to visit. The difference is that it's organic, so the gelatos are very creamy and tasty, and the service is very good. There may be less variety of flavors than others, but the most important thing is the quality, and that's what's there. Not to mention the friendliness of the staff. I recommend it.
