Lovely dairy/vegetarian restaurant with an extensive menu! Just tried a few and everything was delicious, particularly the sea bass. Treated ourselves to authentic Italian tiramisu which was amazing! Picture of dessert attached. Also, the proprietor was friendly and so helpful. Definitely hope to go back!

Very nice place super recommended. Very polite owners and waiters. We arrived late due to traffic and they still welcomed us very kindly. Good dishes and generous portions

This is what an authentic Italian kosher restaurant is like! From the moment we walked into Ruth’s, we felt right at home. The food was delicious and the owner was more than happy to accommodate us, even though we came in before the restaurant officially opened! The lentil soup and cheesecake in particular were out of this world! So fresh and delicious! If you find yourself in Florence, definitely go to Ruth’s. What an awesome experience!

Encantador restaurante familiar que sirve platos vegetarianos kosher. Sopas abundantes, lagos divertidos con caponata y ensalada, blinis, etc. servicio amable.

12/01/2025: Business lunch, low price for being in the centre, very filling, without infamy or praise. Obviously I repeat in reference to a complete working lunch.
30/12/2024: Great food, helpful service! Got the tagliatelle ragu for the little one and a 1,5 kg steak for us, everything tasted great and the steak was cooked beautifully! Even the potatoes that go with it were great. Prices are very fair, definitely recommended

13/01/2025: Absolutely love this place! Love the staff… always welcoming with a smile and with patience as I carefully order “Vorrei il pane ai cereali, per favore.” This bread is straight from heaven! Oh my goodness! Sapore paradisiaco!
04/01/2025: The cantucci are expensive but they are truly exceptional. Various types, all worthy.
