We went for dinner. The menu was varied, the staff were very friendly, the food was good, and the atmosphere was really nice. The prices were more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

I visited Rusticone in Bolgare and I must say it was a truly excellent experience, from start to finish. We started with two appetizers: the raw seafood, incredibly fresh and served with great care, and the traditional seafood appetizer, rich and varied, which immediately conveyed the quality of the cuisine. The mussel soup was flavorful, well-balanced, and with an irresistible sauce. Among the first courses, I tried the rice with shrimp and gorgonzola: a unique but successful combination, creamy and enveloping, with the shrimp cooked to perfection. Among the second courses, the fried seafood was light and crispy, without being greasy; the seared tuna, soft and flavorful, revealed the freshness of the raw material; and the mixed grilled fish was plentiful, tasty, and expertly cooked. To conclude, the desserts were a real surprise: the intense and indulgent chocolate Sacher torte, the fresh and delicate berry cheesecake, and the fragrant and refined almond delight. A perfect ending to a dinner that never once compromised in quality. Attentive, friendly, and fast service, a welcoming and refined atmosphere. A restaurant that absolutely deserves 5 stars, highly recommended for those who love good seafood and want a complete culinary experience.

Booked through TheFork, it turned out to be an excellent choice. The staff were kind, smiling, and very friendly. The restaurant is in a commercial building, but inside, it's nicely decorated in a rustic style, quite pleasant (hence the restaurant's name). Excellent food (seafood dinner), generous portions, and well-prepared. Recommended.

It was a very pleasant surprise! We found it online while looking for a casual spot for a Saturday night that offered a bit of everything on the menu, and we were absolutely delighted. They offered us a complimentary welcome cocktail, and then we ordered a mixed fried fish, a sliced ​​steak, and a mussels with pepper sauce, and everything was delicious and well-prepared. We also ordered two desserts, and they offered us liqueurs at the end of the meal. The price was very fair, and the quality/price ratio was exceptional. We'll be back often and highly recommend it!

We ate excellent fish, and in generous quantities, both the mussels with pepper and the mixed grill at Rusticone! We also recommend it for its very reasonable prices.

Ristorante Pizzeria Rustica

09/02/2026: This is the first time I've given a review 5 stars because I think there's always room for improvement, but in this case I don't feel like giving less; everything was perfect. I arrived at 8:00 PM on a Saturday evening in early February while I was touring the valley with my camper. The place was packed, as is usual for Saturday nights at bars. I was told I'd have to wait at least 20 people to be seated, but after less than 10 minutes I was shown to a lovely table with wooden benches all to myself! I'd arrived craving pizza, but once I opened the menu and saw the dishes on the other tables, I couldn't resist ordering something typically wintery. So I started with a platter of "local salami," lard, and a nest of polenta with mushrooms. Once it arrived, I was worried I wouldn't be able to finish everything I'd ordered (it was easily worth 2x). The salami was very good, and the lard melted in my mouth! The pizza boasts a very light dough, perfect cooking, and quality ingredients (the olives were real! Taggiasca type, not the plastic ones in tin cans). I didn't leave a single crumb on my plate, both because I don't like food to go to waste and because the quality of the food was so good that nothing was left behind. So much so that I rolled back to the camper down the hill, so full and satisfied! This satisfaction was further enhanced by the truly generous bill and the excellent and very friendly service provided by an army of "mamme" (and one girl) who liven up the dining room. 6 stars if they had also served local craft beers :)
