Impeccable service, everyone very friendly and attentive to the tables. Excellent quality food. Special lemon leaf rolls.

Roast meat in all its variations, veal, mutton, chicken, you will not eat anything so good. The "Florentine" rib eye is unsurpassed, as are the lemon leaf skewers. Trust Onofrio and you will not be disappointed. I brought my friends here and some have chosen it almost as their home. Rustic and spartan place with the best meat in the area and, perhaps, on the Ionian coast. If I want meat I come here and in front of the counter I choose what to have cooked expertly guided by the owner. For me Smiroldo number one.

We went in a group. Excellent organization, large spaces, adequate air conditioning (no "penguins" and we didn't die of heat: the temperature inside the place was PERFECT despite the very muggy day). I would like to point out that the toilets were very clean (as was the rest of the place). The food was excellent and plentiful. I admit I would have appreciated the advice to skip the first course (fresh macaroni made a filo, I posted the photo) and fully enjoy the grill proposed as a second course, because I tasted something and it was all excellent as expected. The appetizers were also excellent, especially the braised meat and roast beef. I recommend not touching the bread (but that was also good), unless you are used to eating large quantities of food. The sorbet was also very good. The staff were proactive, clear during the reservation and very helpful in the room for every need (even the most convivial ones). The exposed grills (located outside) were splendid. Not even a wisp of smoke reached the room from the grills. Only recommendation: if you are not already in Casalvecchio for other reasons, I recommend going up the road that passes through the river. You will save yourself quite a few hairpin bends (after eating I think this is important information). I would also like to point out that there were people with mobility difficulties with us who were able to access the structure without any difficulty. It is always a pleasure to be able to write such positive reviews.

Rustic location surrounded by greenery, rustic food with local meats and cured meats and cheeses, a very wide choice of delicious meats all cooked rigorously on the grill... delicious porchetta and baked meat with spectacular vipolla... modest prices... top... I highly recommend it

I had lunch at La conca d'oro, and I must say that I ate really well and above all a lot. Lots of goodness, tasty and tender meat cooked in many different ways, even if the grill is the protagonist. For a lunch with friends, highly recommended. The only flaw is the road to get to the venue, if you don't know it the last stretch will confuse you.

Good value for money, extensive house menu

After some time we returned with friends to this beautiful place for Easter Monday... I can only say that they have improved, abundant starters, excellent first course, and really good meat that melts in your mouth and lots of it!!! The wine 🍷 nothing to say there either, drinks included in the price.. efficient and fast service, despite the many people who were there that day... there were 5 of us attached to the counter, a very nice guy served us with a lot of patience, top👍.. recommended and we will return to 💯x💯👍🍷
