What to say about chef Natale Pallone and his very nice and knowledgeable wife. Dinner, Artemide route, dishes according to those who were with me were excellent. Present yourself impeccably. I'm not a connoisseur, you can taste the flavors of the individual ingredients for each dish. Final surprise with small pastries, and surprise during dinner... We took a photo, and I noticed the pride, humility, shyness and modesty of the chef, and almost a search for approval of what was presented to us, well deserved. Only with passion and love for what you do can you give a moment of serene and happy stay in a restaurant. Congratulations again, it's the fourth time I've dined at Ruris.

Cucina eccellente, curata nei minimi dettagli, pesce fresco e piatti deliziosi . Consiglio cacio e pepe al gambero e spaghetti con ricci , spigola da mille e una notte, dessert tiramisù da deliziare il palato e per completare amaro prodotto dal titolare " al finocchio" ECCELLENTE . È Un ristorante super.
