First course: linguine allo scoglio, very well made and delicious. The appetizer was good, but I had a small complaint about the octopus and potato salad (too much celery and not enough octopus and potatoes). The service was excellent, with very friendly waiters, especially the owner's son, who offered us a delicious shortino (a pasta dish made with licorice and herbs) (not at all heavy or light). The atmosphere was great.

A very charming Roman-style restaurant. The unique decor makes you feel like you're in a Trastevere alley. I went there for dinner with my husband on a weekday. The girls were very courteous and professional, and the food was excellent. The Roman-style tripe was fabulous, with a generous portion. Delicious,
The fried foods were light and not greasy. The desserts were superb. Good value. Definitely worth trying again.

From the reviews I thought MUCH better, bland and tasteless pizza (among other things I don't think it was buffalo mozzarella and it was really lightly seasoned) the fried foods are the usual....... carbonara and amatriciana very normal in short without infamy and without praise. Staff without a smile from the entrance to the payment.

When I want real Roman cuisine, there is only Rugantino. I have never found anywhere else that taste and flavor of the typical dishes of the Roman tradition that I have only tasted at my grandmother's house.
The place is deliberately "Roman" with its objects, in the summer it expands thanks to the large outdoor area.
The young, polite and friendly staff, never a problem, both in the first days of the week with perhaps fewer customers and in the middle of the weekend when it is all full.
The food, as mentioned, is always of the highest quality. I have tried everything, from first courses to meat to fish to pizza, never disappointed. Portions always satisfying for good eaters like me. Price still human.
A sure thing.

Abbiamo trascorso una Pasqua fantastica, grazie a un pranzo organizzato con grande passione e attenzione. Il menù fisso, pensato con cura, ha reso ogni portata un’esperienza unica, capace di soddisfare tutti i palati. La qualità degli ingredienti e la presentazione dei piatti hanno contribuito a rendere la giornata davvero speciale.
L’atmosfera calda e accogliente, unita alla dedizione del titolare, ha fatto sì che ci sentissimo come a casa. Ogni momento del pranzo è stato un piacere e siamo andati via con il sorriso. Un’esperienza che non dimenticheremo, e che sicuramente ripeteremo!

Ristorante assolutamente adatto a tutte le età e a tutti i gusti! Qui andate sul sicuro, sia per quanto riguarda la qualità del cibo che la gentilezza dello Staff. La pizza è buonissima ma il piatto stratosferico della serata è stato l'abbraccio allo scottadito... Si scioglieva in bocca ed era perfettamente saporito! Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Attenzione ai bimbi. Tutto lo staff è tremendamente ospitale e attento ai dettagli. Grazie mille della bellissima serata!
