One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! Light and tasty dough and good, quality ingredients. Enjoyed from first to last bite, without even leaving the edge (as usual). A truly super pizza! Compliments! 5 stars more than deserved!

We have been several times to the Rubiu Brewery in Sant'Antioco (which also has a branch in Cagliari) and each time the experience has been more than positive. The place has a modern industrial style, with large spaces in wood and iron that create a welcoming atmosphere without being too chaotic. The pizzas are truly special, prepared with ingredients linked to local flavors and offered in a gourmet style. The quality is always excellent and the service sufficiently quick even at the busiest times. The prices are consistent with the gourmet pizzerias in the area, but here you can see the experience of those who have worked in the sector for years. Recommended for those looking for a pleasant evening, with excellent food and good craft beer

Excellent pizza but I prefer to order it and take it home.

A very rich, accurate, precise, detailed menu that makes your mouth water just by scrolling through it on the web. Then, once you arrive in the restaurant (essential, elegantly furnished) you are surrounded by the scents, and by the desire to taste the numerous artisanal varieties of beer, combining them appropriately with the choice of pizzas (but not only: the kitchen also produces other delights) . A crowded but quiet environment, quick and efficient service (even for a large group and with children, like ours), prices higher than those of a normal pizzeria, but which, given the quality of the offer, are absolutely within the norm : excellent pizzas, with genuine raw materials, constructed with skill and cooked to perfection. Then, when it's time to leave, your thoughts are already looking for the next appointment (booking is advisable) to taste another of the proposals (all different and all differently tasty) among the beers created by the house. An experience to repeat!

The craft brewery / pizzeria restaurant Rubiu is a pub with a large room overlooking the vats in which the beer is produced which they offer in different varieties and for all tastes. The pizzas are original, with refined and local traditional ingredients, in addition to the usual pizzas. For those who don't like pizza it is also possible to find sea and land dishes such as selections of appetizers and other appetizers. Both among the pizzas and among the dishes, several vegan choices.
