Rubiu Birrificio Artigianale In Sant'antioco

Excellent pizza, fast service, 🍻🍺 fantastic beer

Då vi är vegetarianer hela familjen var Rubiu Food en restaurang vi absolut måste besöka under vår vistelse på Sant´Antioco. Jag är ingen direkt vän av industriell stil men jag måste erkänna att det var en riktigt häftig lokal, fräsch och modern. Vi hade bokat bord ute på terrassen och det var helt ok. Att beställa var lite invecklat, jag föredrar personlig service och fysiska menyer framför QR-koder men vi fick ihop det till slut. Två av oss ville prova något annat än pizza och passa på nu när vi var på en vegetarisk restaurang så vi beställde pamigiana di melanzane. När den kom in visade det sig att det var riktigt små portioner, kanske hade vi beställt förrätter? men det smakade bra ändå även om vi inte blev direkt mätta. De andra i sällskapet hade beställt pizza och fetasallad och var nöjda. Servicen var snabb och effektiv, inte speciellt personlig. Priserna lite i överkant. Annars var intrycket intressant med ett ölbryggeri - vi köpte med oss ett par öl - och inriktningen på lokala ekologiska råvaror - helt i vår riktning, värt besöket bara det.

Beer were good, the pizzas were OK. Good choice if you eat here.

Una scelta amplissima di pizze, con possibilità di combinare differenti tipo di impasto e condimento. Anche le alternative alla pizza (taglieri di terra e di mare, tempura) sono di ottima qualità. Buoni i dolci. Le birre di accompagnamento sono di qualità superiore.

Nice place with excellent products: Very good pizza with various types of dough. The 🍺 craft beer is very good with the possibility of choosing different flavours! Young and very competent staff! I recommend this place in Sant Antioco!

The choice of pizzas is incredible! And they have good beer that they make right there. I would have have given this lace five stars, if they wouldn’t have forgotten to bring the dessert i ordered:( Orherwise the service was good.

Good pizza, great service, nice environment... photonics gets better and better, I personally tried one Tuna buzzonaglia and stracciatella, a crunchy type of dough and I must say really good and a perfect match. The others ate a goloritzè, a tabarka, a smoked one and a sardine, all happy and fully satisfied. LIDO was the perfect beer pairing both for me who had pizza with tuna and for those who had goloritzè... The desserts were a tasty treat!!! Pistachio semifreddo ❤️

No place without reservation, we were lucky to have seats at the bar. Our 2 pizzas were excellent. The beers were ok, I would have liked an IPA but it's not their problem not to offer any. We would have liked to try the eggplant parmigiana, but by the beginning of the evening there were already no more. Nice atmosphere.

Let me start by saying that every summer I have been going to Rubiu for about 10 years, which I have always considered to be one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. This year I returned with my family and a group of friends curious about my fantastic reviews on the pizzas. The three of us ordered the Cussorgia pizza which is my favourite.... compared to previous years I noticed that the ingredients this time were put in sparingly!!! The flavor of the bottarga was barely noticeable, and there were perhaps 3 pieces of prawns spread across the entire pizza. And it wasn't just my case but the other two people who took Cussorgia also found the same thing. Desserts no comment. Why not reintroduce seada? Typical and much appreciated dessert. I hope that this evaluation of mine is useful and that next year I can find my usual excellent pizza again!

Extraordinary, delicious beers, delicious pizzas and super dough, good desserts, good coffee, super friendly staff.
