If Royalbeef was already an excellence for meat, thanks to Giuseppe's wisdom, this year's novelty, the featuring with Alessandro Splendori, has also made it a point of reference for lovers of quality pizza.
The Pork Thai is crazy, not to mention the fried foods and a classic that is indispensable for me: the tartare.
To finish, I had a brownie, delicious, which I didn't share with anyone, because "who wants dessert, if you order it".
The only flaw is that he is in Ostia and I am in Montesacro, but the trip is always worth it.

Going to Rotalbeef means going for an experience. Extraordinary. Nice, modern, clean place. Fabulous staff, kind, helpful and competent. The food.... heaven on earth, pure pleasure, refined cuisine, unique ingredients, exciting flavor combinations. For anyone passing through Ostia it is a fundamental stop.

Locale particolare, dove si esalta la sacralità della carne, quella di qualità e ricercata. La collaborazione con un mastro pizzaiolo offre anche delle pizze gourmet con un impasto che merita attenzione: la pizza si presenta rigorosamente romana, bassa e coi bordi scrocchiarelli, condita con ingredienti di livello e abbinamenti ricercati. Salumi e formaggi anch'essi ricercati per un'esperienza gustativa di livello. Buona cantina di vini bio e di etichetta, dolci home made di spessore. Prezzi giusti per la qualità messa a tavola con la passione di un team giovane.

Very good pizza with different dough than usual. It's crunchy and the ingredients are quality. The fried foods are also good. I don't give 5 stars only because the prices in my opinion are above the average for the area, even for equally good neighboring places. But it's actually a place I would return to.

I had dinner with my family and I felt at home. The waiter is very knowledgeable in recommending wine and pizza pairings, a new experience. Delicious fried foods and Roman pizza with high quality products.

Eccellente!!!, se cerchi un ristorante per mangiare Carne ed antipasti diversi dai soliti, è il posto giusto. Ottima la materia prima, cortesia e servizio ottimi. Buona la selezione dei vini eccellente la selezione della carne. Tornerò sicuramente.

Se siete amanti della carne, questo è il posto giusto. Mi lascio sempre consigliare sul tipo di bistecca ed ogni volta sono soddisfatta. Ottima qualità e prezzo giusto
