The tables are in a kind of cave so the atmosphere was very good! The service was ordinary, our server when passing our table ignored us each time! The pasta was very correct, the mixed salad very good but no vinegar. The tiramisu was ok

This is a must dinner location while in Soriano. The cave setting is unreal.
Get the sampler appetizer. It’s perfect with wine. I had the fillet. Best steak I’ve had to months. My wife had the lamb which was also very good. So glad we chose this restaurant.

An unexpected and very welcoming place despite being dug inside the rock. As soon as we entered we were projected into another era.
Typical regional cuisine with quality ingredients treated very well. Very friendly and smiling staff. We'll be back!

Our family visited Soriano this week and Rottezzia was our special find on our first night. We happened upon it and were pleasantly surprised by the grotto-like, underground setting to be such a gem. The service was wonderful and the food was top notch. The carbonara was the best I have ever had. We all agreed it was the best dinner we had all week in Soriano and Rome. This is a must have the next time we visit.

Taking a walk in the historic center of Soriano nel Cimino and taking advantage of Women's Day we decided to have dinner in this characteristic place. What can I say; friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and price in line with the chocolate we ordered. Also highly recommended for those who want to spend a nice, quiet and memorable evening. I give 5 stars but I would give more!

Sono stato in questo caratteristico ristorante per un pranzo in famiglia di domenica. "Location" molto caratteristica e molto ricercata per cui mi aspettavo che lo fosse tutto, anche la mise en place, Peccato invece che questa prevedesse tovaglia di carta, tovaglioli di carta ed una sola forchetta a commensale (che non è mai stata cambiata). L'acqua, poi, era in bottiglia di plastica. A parte questo abbiamo mangiato bene. Ottimi gli antipasti e molto buoni i primi, spettacolare la faraona alla cacciatora. Peccato per la tagliata, io avevo ordinato La Nostrana e mi è stata portata una sbagliata (tartufi e funghi). La carne era, inoltre, parecchio grassa e nodosa. Lasciata in parte li. Peccato. In generale il voto è buono.
