The quality of the food and the variety of the offerings are certainly of a medium-high standard, and the rotisserie's atmosphere is pleasant. However, the service—and I'm talking about the customer approach—can definitely be improved. An overly distant approach will only drive customers away in the long run.

As a Bari native, I enjoyed a focaccia that reminded me of the flavors of my homeland. Excellent is an understatement.
