Passing by on Via Vandelli, the owners were very kind, welcoming, and friendly. The location was quite quiet and "easy going." We ate very well, with homemade food. I highly recommend it!

We slept and ate at La Bizantina at the end of the first stage of the Via Vandelli, coming from Modena, and were welcomed by the very kind owners. They served traditional, authentic cuisine with local, zero-mile products. I recommend it to travellers and others!

Having to leave the camper, we started along Via Vandelli from the Bizzantina farmhouse, thanks to the kindness of Giuseppina and her husband, who, in addition to parking, welcomed us and provided us with food and drink. The extra kilometers to get back to them at the end of the walk are worth the effort. Thank you, and if you're passing by, try the nocino.

15/05/2026: A restaurant in the Mirandola countryside. A slightly dated but pleasant building. Space is limited, so reservations are recommended. The menu is varied and subject to seasonal changes, and special requests can be made in advance. The owner and his partner are incredibly friendly. High-quality, local ingredients are used. The presentation is excellent. Prices are moderately high, but the effort behind them is well-founded. Adequate parking is available.
04/05/2026: This property was a pleasant discovery, an oasis of peace and tranquility. The owners are excellent, very welcoming and helpful hosts.
