Passing by on Via Vandelli, the owners were very kind, welcoming, and friendly. The location was quite quiet and "easy going." We ate very well, with homemade food. I highly recommend it!

We slept and ate at La Bizantina at the end of the first stage of the Via Vandelli, coming from Modena, and were welcomed by the very kind owners. They served traditional, authentic cuisine with local, zero-mile products. I recommend it to travellers and others!

Excellent food and friendly owners

Having to leave the camper, we started along Via Vandelli from the Bizzantina farmhouse, thanks to the kindness of Giuseppina and her husband, who, in addition to parking, welcomed us and provided us with food and drink. The extra kilometers to get back to them at the end of the walk are worth the effort. Thank you, and if you're passing by, try the nocino.
