One of the best places to eat meat in Cisternino, at a fair and reasonable price. The quality of the meat and appetizers is excellent. The service is professional and attentive. Recommended.

Simple place, a butcher's counter where you can choose what to eat, a few tables inside and a few outside just outside the historic center. The very courteous manager. We ate assorted Apulian bombette cooked on the stove, livers. Grilled potatoes, excellent tomatoes. Delicious almond biscuits are offered with coffee. Highly recommended.

04/10/2025: We went for dinner on a super stormy evening. The food was very good - can recommend the octopus, and the langoustine pasta was excellent. Pistachio dessert was also fantastic.
02/10/2025: Great food, great wine, and, thanks to Adriana, superb service. A very nice restaurant and a romantic evening.

Al Vecchio Frantoio

26/05/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us and it did not disappoint. We had some pizzas and the cuttlefish which were all excellent. The quality and value were very good.
12/05/2025: The food was spectacular, fresh, tasty and more than reasonably priced. The starter and pasta portions were very generous, the Tagliata (steak) was very tender and juicy. The pizzas are also delicious.
