A rotisserie that has now become a restaurant. The selection is good; the night I ate there, there were no spicy dishes. Everything was good and easy to digest. Prices are reasonable for the portions. The atmosphere could be improved. The waiter was very kind and helpful.

Beautiful evening.. full of discoveries.. in the heart of Modena a discreet corner of true Egyptian cuisine.. I found the merghez, juicy beef sausages.. space-age stuffed aubergines..: very soft tajine and hummus.. the owner, who served us, seemed Battiato, elegant and sharp.. very kind ☺️

It's now an institution on that street, and I've known the owner for many, many years. I was pleased to see its popularity grow over the years. The other night we went at 7:30 pm, but people kept coming, and they kept adding tables. The location in the summer is under the portico, and I must say it was nice inside. It's small, but there's also a small dining room. His son served us at the table, kindly and professionally. I must say that the chickpea hummus was truly excellent, the falafel was also excellent, the plum tajine with beef melted in your mouth—it's my favorite—and the eggplant. And what about the tea? It was delicious, and better than what I was served at another restaurant, not in Modena, but similar. They also do takeout, and the display case is really well stocked and full of delicious things. The owner is always very kind. The quality/price ratio is acceptable.
