It's now an institution on that street, and I've known the owner for many, many years. I was pleased to see its popularity grow over the years. The other night we went at 7:30 pm, but people kept coming, and they kept adding tables. The location in the summer is under the portico, and I must say it was nice inside. It's small, but there's also a small dining room. His son served us at the table, kindly and professionally. I must say that the chickpea hummus was truly excellent, the falafel was also excellent, the plum tajine with beef melted in your mouth—it's my favorite—and the eggplant. And what about the tea? It was delicious, and better than what I was served at another restaurant, not in Modena, but similar. They also do takeout, and the display case is really well stocked and full of delicious things. The owner is always very kind. The quality/price ratio is acceptable.

We had dinner here on Saturday 10th May. What can I say? Very nice place with excellent cuisine... We were greeted by their sauces and their appetizers (fried cabbage and falafel, both excellent), then at the counter there was a wide choice of dishes. We opted for the beef with plums and couscous. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. Attentive and very kind staff. To spend an evening surrounded by Middle Eastern suggestions, scents and flavours.
