Resiutta is famous for their roast chicken, this is one of the places. Having tried as well some others this is the best chicken we have ever eaten in Resiutta. Interior consist of wooden tables and benches, very fast and friendly service. Strongly recommend.

We were there on Sunday for lunch, I recommend booking because there are so many people. Very tasty chicken, exceptional chips and the house platter very well filled and excellent cured meats

Trattoria with ancient tradition in a strategic place between Val Resia and the Ferro Canal. They make excellent spit-roasted chicken accompanied by good wine and delicious desserts, excellent after a ride on the nearby Alpe Adria cycle path.

In truth, the new waitress was also in charge of the raion. There was a bit of chaos in that we ordered 3 chickens, 2 arrived. We sat for 15 minutes while we ordered. And they waited another 20 minutes for the chicken.

We had the chicken with french fries, the frico with polenta and the pork ribs. A GOODNESS!!!!! Friendly, kind and fast. EXCELLENT service, all accompanied by the wonderful view of the mountains. If you are passing through, stop because it's worth it!

04/11/2024: Llegamos para descubrir que éramos los primeros huéspedes para el almuerzo. Teníamos una amplia variedad de mesas. El personal recomendó una mesa de terraza dentro del alcance de un ventilador. Teníamos una botella de burbujeo, entrantes de marisco y plato principal. Todo muy bonito. Personal atento y amable. Se puso ocupado, así que una reserva puede ser una buena idea.
08/10/2024: Di passaggio ad Aquileia, ci siamo fermati a pranzare in questo ampio e bel locale, dove parecchi anni fa avevo avuto la possibilità di conoscerlo.Anche questa volta si è mangiato bene, tutto a base di pesce. Consigliata la pasta con cappelunghe.
