Excellent arrosticini and excellent service!

Spacious space, spread across two rooms, one indoors and one heated outdoors. They seated us even though we didn't have a reservation. The waiters are all friendly and very helpful, I particularly appreciated them. Prices are reasonable. The cacio e ovo (cheese and egg) was very good, but the tomato flavor was a bit lacking. I ordered bruschetta, which I expected to have creamy pecorino cheese, but instead the pecorino was grated on top, which didn't really go with the bread. The arrosticini were amazing, especially the artisanal ones. The grilled cheese didn't taste like grilled cheese, it was heavy and tasteless. The experience was pleasant, and the smile of the clerk at the checkout warmed my heart—that's not a given! Well done!

Welcoming and clean place. The food is excellent, from the appetizers to the arrosticini, as well as the desserts (their tiramisu without coffee is delicious). They have a vast menu that can satisfy everyone. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always smiling. We'll be back.

Disappointed. Unfortunately, it didn't go well. Several people recommended this place several years ago. In fact, I don't know if anything has changed or not, but it didn't go well. €1.50 for "handmade" arrosticini, where you couldn't taste the real flavor; they didn't seem handmade and weren't tasty. A trio of vegetables from molds, cold. I asked for water when we ordered, nothing... I asked another waitress, nothing, I asked the third one and luckily it arrived, but it arrived halfway through the service. I saw something I would have preferred not to see 😥 The waitress was bringing a plate with two arancini, one of which had taken a bite, she calmly picked it up (in front of everyone) with her fingers and put it back. I repeat, I'm sorry because we had high expectations, hoping for the coffee... that also disappointed us. €70 2 glasses of wine, 1 bottle of water (half-service), 4 bruschettas with different fillings, 20 handmade arrosticini, 5 liver arrosticini, trio of squared vegetables and 1 coffee.

The first courses were exquisite, and so was the dessert: a delicious cheesecake. The portions were generous, the waiters were super friendly, and the prices were more than fair. We'll be back to try the rest. 😃
