A true gem, everything you could want in a wine bar and restaurant. Great expertise in guiding you through the wine selection, and friendly service. Not just wine, but also excellent quality dishes at fair prices. Highly recommended.

Rosso Rubino immediately amazed us. The staff is young, knowledgeable, and truly friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and relaxing. The food? A constant surprise. We tried the giardiniera, the risotto, the braised agnolotti, the fried mushrooms (truly incredible), the schiciola, the pork belly with a spectacular crust, and the diaphragm: every dish is carefully crafted, with top-notch ingredients and unforgettable flavors. The wines are also well-chosen and pair perfectly with the dishes. Plus, the prices are fair. A truly memorable experience for those who love good food in a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth trying again!

Excellent food, and incredible selection of wines. Fortunately we were there for "anchovy week" - how lucky for us!!! - and enjoyed the fried anchovies and a pasta with anchovy and red pepper puree. The "diaphragm" of beef is a hanger steak and was stellar!! Thanks so much for all the help picking out a bottle to go with our strange lunch order (and in English, too!), as well as 2 bottles to take home for dinner. Highly recommend!!

We had the pleasure of visiting Wine Moment/Rossorubino twice. Both were delicious. The second time in particular was a pre-wedding evening to introduce international friends (Canadian and Polish) to the wonderful wines and cuisine of the area. We couldn't have asked for more from Edoardo and Andrea of ​​Wine Moment/Rossorubino. We loved everything: from their professionalism in designing the menu and tasting, to their presentations of each wine on the day (in Italian and English). The wine selections are varied, yet of the highest quality. The food pairings are sophisticated and delicious. The staff is highly trained, kind, and very helpful. We highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

The restaurant was fantastic, super tasty, and super friendly. We did a Pelaverga wine tasting, and it was incredibly interesting. Highly recommended for Spaniards! 🥳

Nice place, with the restaurant part hidden behind the shop. Excellent choice of wines (obviously!), we received excellent advice and suggestions. On the menu side, there were also some nice suggestions, everything we tasted was delicious. The guys were very nice. The bill was completely honest and proportionate to what we took. Quiet and fresh atmosphere (37°C outside, inside it was great...). Highly recommended!

Calling it the temple of wine is an understatement. Super prepared, kind staff welcomed us and made us feel at home. A fixed stop now.
