Very nice, quiet place, and very close to many amenities. We had a small problem with the bathtub in our room, but the receptionist was very kind and apologized. All the staff were friendly and always available to answer any questions we had. We purchased the wellness package, which included spa access. It was truly fabulous, clean, and quiet, ensuring complete relaxation. This property is definitely worth revisiting!

Chosen for its proximity to work and room availability during the period. The room is spacious enough. The bed is comfortable. I recommend updating the shower. Good service and a good breakfast.

The building is a bit dated. The reception staff were very helpful. I spent one night in a decent room. Unfortunately, the bathtub in the room smelled bad.

I stayed at the Hotel Villa Glicini in San Secondo di Pinerolo. The room was clean, but unfortunately I encountered several issues that negatively impacted the quality of my stay. The parquet flooring was damaged and lifted in several places (including the baseboards), the walls could use some freshening up, the bathroom door didn't close properly due to swelling at the bottom, and the bed was very uncomfortable since the double bed was actually two beds pushed together. The minibar didn't work, containing only two bottles of water, and there was no list of useful numbers for contacting reception or other hotel services (wifi instructions were also missing from the room). There was no information about using the spa, either in the room or recommended by the staff. The breakfast was very varied and made with quality products. In short, the hotel has potential, but the room maintenance and attention to detail could definitely be improved.

The room needs re-thinking, cold, the shower door doesn't close... definitely not worthy of a 4-star rating. The receptionist was friendly, but the same can't be said for the waitresses! Breakfast was good and varied. NO coffee! I even left my cappuccino behind, undrinkable. If you plan on eating at rossopomodoro, which is inside the hotel, book really early! We booked at 8:00 PM and ate at 10:00 PM (with 3 small children!)
