I go there when I want to eat a good gluten-free pizza, friendly staff.

I had a great time, the pizza was good, I wanted to compliment the waitress Ingris who was very attentive, smiling and very professional, I can say that there are still people who do their job with so much passion and attention to the customer! Congratulations!

There are flavors that light up your soul, and the "Verace" pizza at Rosso Pomodoro in San Donato is definitely one of them. It was a culinary experience of the highest caliber, a true journey through Naples. The dough, folks, is simply textbook: light, fluffy, with that pronounced, honeycombed crust that makes you close your eyes to fully enjoy it. And then the topping... the tomato is a symphony of sweetness and acidity, vibrant, alive. The melt-in-your-mouth, juicy mozzarella melts in a perfect embrace. Truly, excellence. But let's get to the "but," which unfortunately is as big as Vesuvius. The passion I found in the dish was completely missing from the service. I felt treated like a "board" to be ticked off, not like a guest. The staff, while not rude, seemed aloof, almost forced to recite a script of platitudes and standardized behavior, devoid of human warmth and genuine attention. I sensed an excessive, almost anachronistic formality that dampened the atmosphere. To complete a less than idyllic picture, the atmosphere was a bit too noisy, and above all, the smell of cooking clung to your clothes. Leaving the place feeling like you've spent the evening in the kitchen isn't ideal, let's face it. In short, Rosso Pomodoro, your pizza is a masterpiece that deserves a full, unconditional five stars. But the overall experience isn't just about taste. You need to rediscover the genuine smile, the spontaneity, and the welcome that only a more "human" approach to service can provide. Today, I'm giving you three stars, but it's a vote of encouragement: the excellence of "Verace" is a promise that, if supported by top-notch service and a few extra touches to the environment, can take you to the top. For now, it's just a bitter pill in a divine dish.
