It is the second time we have eaten pizza in this place and, unfortunately, this time too the experience was not satisfactory. The dough has a gummy consistency, similar to that of chewing gum. Remembering what happened previously, I specifically asked the waiter that the pizza was well cooked, but the result did not change. The quality of the ingredients is good, but does not justify the cost of the additions at all. The first time I ordered a pizza with double anchovies and olives: I only found two counted anchovies on the plate. After pointing this out, I was brought a saucer with a few more anchovies. Tonight, same story with the gorgonzola. I order a diavola with added gorgonzola and, remembering last time, I explicitly ask the waiter to add more, saying that I wanted to taste it. The result? Gorgonzola was practically absent. I point this out again to the waiter who, after a careful visual examination, identifies a small greenish part of the blue cheese and exclaims: “There he is!” To complete the picture, it's almost one in the morning and I still haven't managed to digest the pizza.
