Rossopomodoro Fico In Bologna

It is the second time we have eaten pizza in this place and, unfortunately, this time too the experience was not satisfactory. The dough has a gummy consistency, similar to that of chewing gum. Remembering what happened previously, I specifically asked the waiter that the pizza was well cooked, but the result did not change. The quality of the ingredients is good, but does not justify the cost of the additions at all. The first time I ordered a pizza with double anchovies and olives: I only found two counted anchovies on the plate. After pointing this out, I was brought a saucer with a few more anchovies. Tonight, same story with the gorgonzola. I order a diavola with added gorgonzola and, remembering last time, I explicitly ask the waiter to add more, saying that I wanted to taste it. The result? Gorgonzola was practically absent. I point this out again to the waiter who, after a careful visual examination, identifies a small greenish part of the blue cheese and exclaims: “There he is!” To complete the picture, it's almost one in the morning and I still haven't managed to digest the pizza.

We took two pizzas, including the one in the photo which was slightly undercooked in both the tomato and the base. In fact, in the evening I felt a bit of heartburn (even my wife, who I let taste a piece of it). Prices are slightly higher than average. The desire to do a good job can be seen on the faces of the staff, but evidently the fact that they are all young detracts from their experience.

Amazing pizza I ate 2 of them. With 5 cheeses and deviled cheese. The red draft beer was also great Congratulations 👏

We went with about ten people, it had been a while since we went to "Fico" we liked the pizza and the good service, the environment is pleasant because if you go with children they can play right in front of the pizzeria with slides permitting adults to relax. We will return because in the cold you can walk easily without coats.

I went with doubts because I read the reviews but I don't regret it, one of the best Neapolitan pizzas I've ever eaten, incredible ingredients and super well-made dough! They served us quickly and well... it seems that they have changed compared to the previous reviews... here's to that!! The girl recommended the Chinotto that we had never tried and we loved it :))
