Un ottimo rifugio gastronomico nei momenti di Shopping. Per me che amo la pizza ad impasto napoletano è il massimo. Bravi

Hi I went to the shopping center with some friends. When we were thinking of leaving we stopped, we decided to make a pizza. And we tried tomato red. I must say that I didn't mind the good Neapolitan pizza. The only thing I recommend is the one with mortadella and truffles, share it because it might have too strong a flavour. Certainly based on my tastes...but I can say excellent 👍

A trattoria/diner in the middle of a shopping centre.
The quality of the food exceeded expectations and the price was excellent if you opt for the trattoria menus of the day which give you the possibility to choose between meat and fish.

We had dinner at this pizzeria.
We ordered 3 "normal" pizzas and one gluten-free.
The 3 good "normal" ones, Neapolitan-like dough, soft and some interesting and particular pizza proposals.
The gluten-free one was unwatchable: a mini disc similar to piadina, hard, burnt on the bottom, and among other things you pay €2 more for the dough; the sign at the entrance said "gluten-free Neapolitan pizza" but there is nothing Neapolitan about it...
Another flaw is the drinks, paying almost €5 for a 40cl coke seems a little exaggerated to me...

on our visit to rosso pomodoro we had the opportunity to enjoy two distinct dishes which, despite both being pasta-based, offered completely different culinary experiences.
spaghetti carbonara, a timeless classic of Roman cuisine. The pasta, cooked strictly al dente, was wrapped in a silky cream of eggs and pecorino, with crispy bacon which added a pleasant smoky and savory note. The freshly ground black pepper completed everything, adding that pinch of spiciness that enhances the flavor of the dish. An impeccable traditional execution, which fully respected the original recipe, without compromise or excess.
Very good packagers too
with fresh tomato and prawns, a decidedly more delicate and lighter combination of flavours. The paccheri, with their rough surface, perfectly captured the sweet and fresh tomato sauce, which recalled the flavor of summer. The prawns were tender and juicy, giving a pleasant marine note that went perfectly with the balanced acidity of the tomato. The use of fresh aromatic herbs, such as basil and parsley, added a touch of freshness to the dish, maintaining the harmony between sea and land. To conclude we had a tiramisu and a lemon dessert 🍋 really good
