The food was good, but not so good that it was worth the 1 hour wait after we ordered. When the food finally came, they forgot 2 of our side dishes. The staff was friendly though

The best meat ever tasted. These entrepreneurs understand it. But be careful, once you have eaten here, the meat in the Netherlands is no longer edible. The waitress could use a little more smile but her recommendations were magnificent.
Wonderful meat quality with a straight from butcher to table approach. The dry aged florentinian steak I enjoyed had wonderful deep flavors and satisfied me completely. The recommended wine choice accompanied the dish wonderfully. Whoever is in the area and appreciates good steak, this is the place for you!

Volevo mangiare "carne" senza se e senza ma. Sono stato accontentato con un'ottima costata da 700 gr. e dalla cottura perfetta accompagnata da un calice di buon Nebiolo. I proprietari molto gentili e palesemente innamorati del loro lavoro. Costo adeguato a quanto nel piatto. A pochi metri anche la loro macelleria con un servizio di consegna a domicilio. Sicuramente da consigliare.

This restaurant was recommended to me in advance - so I went there with certain expectations. But they were not disappointed: the beef tartare with pesto was absolutely recommendable, the dry aged steak I would call one of the best of my life and the homemade beers were an absolute hit. As a German from Bavaria, I recognise good beers. The price is higher, but for the quality of the meat and the flavour you get, it's worth every euro!

I was very satisfied and impressed by the local meat offered. I had never eaten the Ligurian Cabannina breed. But the most important thing is the maturation proposed. These start from 20 days and reach beyond 60 days. For those who love meat, maturing is a very important aspect and allows you to obtain noteworthy taste and aroma. The proposed cooking is only rare but the steak is served on a hot plate so everyone can continue cooking as they wish. There are only two cuts offered: rib-eye and Florentine (t-bon). I am a true lover of good meat, and I would recommend this place because you can find the quality of the meat and the professionalism in knowing how to cook it, an aspect that should not be underestimated.

I know the restaurant of "Braciami ancora" and going there was the best decision, the beer (a wheat beer) tasted great, I can only recommend Tagliere Salumi e Formaggi as a starter, I ordered an Orecchia di Elefante and that was it very tasty and the Fiorentina (aged for 20 days) was also extremely tasty. I think they should have a better restaurant but the other guests found the place very nice as is.
I will 100% go again when I'm back in Genoa

Non avevo nulla di che a casa e mi sono recato praticamente sotto casa a sperimentare un po' questo locale. Carne fantastica, tenerissima, che si tagliava solo a guardarla! Personale molto simpatico e gentile e cucina ottima!
