Excellent food, lovely atmosphere and all courses so tasty!

Boisterous bistro close to opera with full bar fabulous service!

We dined at this restaurant before a theater performance: there were four of us, initially seated in the garden. When it started to rain, the very helpful staff immediately organized a table for us inside, allowing us to continue the evening without any inconvenience. Each of us chose a different dish, and all were meticulously presented and exceptionally flavorful. The cocktails are not to be missed, balanced and enjoyable to accompany the meal. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service confirm the quality of this establishment, which we've known for some time: every time we return to Pesaro, it's an essential stop for us. Always a pleasant experience, worth repeating.

For many years, I've been delighted to return to Pesaro for the ROF. And I'm always delighted to return to Rossini Bistrot. After this latest sensory experience—because that's what it is—I can't help but leave a review of this place, worthy of its name! Rossini would certainly have appreciated the masterful customer service from the moment they arrive at the door, the exquisite dishes and wines offered, the subtle descriptions of what they will soon savor—in short, a place not only to refresh the palate but the soul! Thank you for the emotions you inspire! I'm not including photos because that would be superfluous.

We highly recommend this bistro, which during the Rossini Opera Festival offers a post-theater dinner with a special menu (the iconic fillet steak, as well as turkey salad with mushrooms and truffles). The atmosphere is intimate and romantic, and the owners and staff are distinguished by their extreme courtesy. The dishes are well-crafted and refined (for example, the tortellini and egg pasta are noteworthy). A huge and heartfelt thank you!

Very nice and quiet place. The dishes are a bit unusual, but worth trying. Very good appetizers, first courses, and second courses, generous portions, fast and very friendly service. Prices are moderately high. Excellent... we'll be back.

Viene subito in mente il titolo quando si entra al Rossini bistrot.il giardinetto è una meraviglia. Ma è l insieme che merita il vero commento. Cibo di alto livello sia di carne che di pesce con punta di eccezionalità per l uovo pochet e la tartare. Carta dei vini molto diversa dai ristoranti di zona. Servizio gentilissimo, puntuale e molto professionale. Complimenti

Cura allo stato puro: Cura di ogni dettaglio, dal cibo, all’accoglienza, alla musica, all’educazione della qualità per chi assapora etc. Veramente felice di aver trovato questo magnifico ristorante e famiglia durante la vacanza a Pesaro.

Had a very romantic dinner yesterday with my future wife. We were amazed by the beautiful backyard and the lovely atmosphere. The staff were on top this evening. By far best restaurant in Pesaro, a must if you drop by in Pesaro. Thank you!
