Truly a unique experience! Rossini Bistrot deserves it: if I could reward them, I'd give them all the Michelin stars. The location is a perfect mix of retro and modern. Impeccable service: friendly, helpful, and truly professional staff. The food is excellent; every dish is a true work of art. It was wonderful to be able to observe the work in the kitchen: precision, passion, and attention to every detail in the preparation of delicate flavors. One of the best places in Pesaro, where the food is truly delicious. I felt truly wonderful. Highly recommended. Congratulations to all the staff! I will definitely be back with great pleasure. We took a cooking class with Chef Cesare. It was both fun and educational. Everyone at the restaurant and bakery was very friendly. And as a reward, we got a delicious meal!

We were here today for pasta, and it was excellent. The vitello tonnato starter was a highlight, as was the fresh, homemade bread. The main courses—cappelletti with truffle and tagliatelle with scampi—were also delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, which perfectly rounded off the visit.

We ate more tender meats. With these evening temperatures, you can't bring red wine from the refrigerator.

One of the best breakfasts in Pesaro. The outdoor setting is lovely, and the service is good. It's expensive, but the ingredients are excellent.

Viene subito in mente il titolo quando si entra al Rossini bistrot.il giardinetto è una meraviglia. Ma è l insieme che merita il vero commento. Cibo di alto livello sia di carne che di pesce con punta di eccezionalità per l uovo pochet e la tartare. Carta dei vini molto diversa dai ristoranti di zona. Servizio gentilissimo, puntuale e molto professionale. Complimenti
