Rosolin In Sospirolo

We ate a pizza with refined, quality ingredients at their restaurant. We also usually get takeout pizzas and are very happy with them. IMPORTANT... YOU WON'T GET THIRSTY AT NIGHT!!!!!!!

The place is very bright, the staff is friendly and young. They advised me not to make any changes to the pizzas, and despite my particular tastes, I trusted the pizza chef. He was right! Excellent pizza, super digestible dough, and I ate it all on a clean plate, which is very rare. I highly recommend it. Make sure to book because it gets very busy on weekends!

This is one of the most beautiful restaurants we have ever been to. Food is also great! A true hidden gem embraced by the Dolomites mountains.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the pizza chef is always smiling. The atmosphere is welcoming and homey, with large windows offering breathtaking views of the Belluno Dolomites! Perfect for any type of outing.

We went last night and had the weekend pizza and a pizza with Calabrian spianata. The first one has all the ingredients expertly measured and of the highest quality. Perfectly cooked and with a proper crust. The second one has the best spianata around and that alone is worth it. The tiramisu is excellent. The service is fast, attentive, and very good. The place is clean, with classic furnishings that are truly well-kept. There's also an outdoor terrace. The owners are young but very experienced in the industry. Recommended. I forgot, in the summer it's cooler in Sospirolo than in Valbelluna, and in the evenings the cool air from the lake even comes out.
