Definitely the best place in Prato to eat pizza by the slice. There is little space to eat while sitting down, it suffers from the intrusiveness of the nearby restaurant which soon sets the table even on the hoods of the cars. The price is a little higher but it's worth it, the dough is very light.

Pizza al taglio fragrante nonché leggera e digeribile. Varietà di gusti con qualche azzardo che a volte lascia basiti per il connubio degli ingredienti. Cucina a vista con personale pulito. Qualche pecca sulla pulizia del locale ma nulla di serio. Prezzi giusti. Proprietario sempre presente e molto amichevole. Meglio loro che i vari brand tanto acclamati.

20/07/2024: Nice place. Tasty food. Grilled meat turned out to be small, but it costs 24 euros, so 4. The rest of the dishes - vegetables, tomatoes with mozzarella were excellent. Interestingly, there is a stove inside. We still recommend ordering something from Italian cuisine - for example, pasta

27/08/2024: We are in the heart of the ancient village of Montelanico, outdoor tables immersed in an enchanting atmosphere with flowers, lights and plants. Inside there is still an old oil mill in a rustic setting that makes you dream of the history of this place. The Frantoio appetizer is a delight to try, taste at least 20 vegetables and more, plus cured meats, couscous and tripe will arrive. We chose 2 first courses with fresh homemade pasta and they were exceptional. Anita and Danilo have a passion for cooking made reality and it can be seen in the details of their restaurant. The guys at the tables are uniquely efficient, always kind and available. Reservation recommended
