We stayed in Sicily for 7 days and ate in 7 different restaurants. We couldn't find a better restaurant than this one. Very high quality food and very friendly waiters. Every time I come to Sicily it will be a fixed stop. I recommend the spaghettone with red prawn tartare and the raw dish as an appetizer.

If you have to choose a place on the port to eat, I absolutely recommend this restaurant. Everything perfect, smart, friendly, present and attentive service. Normal wait between courses. Right starter and superlative and abundant first courses. We also had some excellent and special wine and desserts, not the usual ones you find in a restaurant. We came out bursting at the seams. All for 50 euros each, a very adequate quality-price ratio.

Fantastic place, the most beautiful place I have ever visited. The waiters were very kind and also polite. The food arrived promptly, everything was delicious and the setting was really nice. I ate inside and the place was so gorgeous that there was even the air conditioning on. I give this place 5 stars, truly fantastic.

A very welcoming and delicious restaurant even inside, we had the opportunity to taste some pasta dishes, especially a gluten-free one, unfortunately the latter was not to my taste, I found the pasta with a bitter taste which gave the palate a unpleasant reaction. Despite this, the service was not able to react by offering a fish dish or anything else gluten-free. The icing on the cake was not removed from the final bill.

Excellent location in the port of Castellammare del Golfo, the restaurant is very well looked after. Finally I find a restaurant with very large and spacious tables with really comfortable chairs. The menu offers traditional but also refined dishes. The raw material is of excellent quality. Kind and friendly service. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend booking.

Il ristorante migliore di Castellammare del Golfo, per la scelta delle materie prime, per l’elaborazione dei piatti, per la cortesia del personale. La location è raffinata ed elegante, presenta vista sul porto di Castellammare e dispone anche di una sala interna. Il menù offre un’ampia scelta, i dessert sono il fiore all’occhiello. Che dire del proprietario: gentile, accogliente, sorridente e con grande attenzione per il cliente. Questo ristorante fa la differenza. Lo consiglio ed è per questo che lo scelgo sempre! Complimenti!

Location raffinata nella splendida cornice del porticciolo di Castellammare del Golfo. Cibi a base di pesce dalla qualità sublime, ottimamente presentati da personale cortese e disponibile. Ampia qualità di vino ed ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Veramente consigliato.

Osteria La Dolce Vita

07/12/2024: I went there while passing through Trapani following the Osteria d'Italia app and ate an amazing pasta with mullet ragout! The strong point of this place, evidently, is the fish: we had marinated raw prawns, pasta with red mullet and pasta with clams. Plus boiled vegetables for two (chard and a local vegetable called Qualeddu which looks a bit like broccoli) but they only charged us for one portion. We finished with a really good margherita cake and a bottle of amaro left on the table available. The final bill, 70 euros, is decidedly honest. Perhaps the only price that was out of scale was the 18 euros for the pasta with clams but everything else was an excellent quality/price ratio. To return.
06/12/2024: @frmtravelphoto: the OSTERIA LA DOLCE VITA in Trapani is a welcoming place, but with an environment that doesn't particularly shine. The atmosphere is simple, but the real strong point of this place is the staff, who stand out for their courtesy and helpfulness. The dishes offered are tasty and prepared with fresh ingredients, typical of the Sicilian tradition. I appreciated the quality of the food, which more than compensates for the modesty of the decor. An excellent choice for those looking for a satisfying meal in an informal setting, where hospitality and good food are at the heart of the experience
