Ci siamo stati diverse volte a estate 2024. La pizza è buona, anche come impasto. D'estate c è molta affluenza, ma si trova posto anche prenotando poco prima perché hanno molti tavoli Hanno un sistema self service per ritirare il cibo: fanno fare l'ordine su un foglietto e al momento di pagare (in anticipo) danno un dispositivo che suona quando è pronto, e si può ritirare direttamente al banco davanti alla cucina. Questo sistema velocizza molto, dato che la pizzeria ha tanti coperti, e si può ritirare la pizza appena cotta.

Vediamo di fare chiarezza. A Roberto a cucinare non insegna nessuno. E’ bravissimo. Il personale e’ rodato e gentile. Poi ci sono gli imprevisti. Se andate il sabato in estate siccome si mangia bene il posto e’ gradevole e il mangiare buonissimo puo’ essere che bisogna aspettare che qualche porzione sia uscita diversa ecc ecc. E’ normale il sabato di estate in tutti i ristoranti di Follonica. La verità e’ che la location e’ ok il mangiare di livello il personale gentile ed i prezzi onesti. Fate pa vostra scelta. Io ci vado

03/03/2025: Unfortunately you only notice the quality once you get home... Mediocre pizza... how do you, a pizza chef, see "stuff" like that coming out of the oven and allow it to be eaten? Do you confirm? The only explanation I give myself is that mediocrity is the ingredient you use to do things. The dining room customer pays the same as the takeaway customer, if I was there, I would send it back to you. Anyway, I ate it because I was hungry but the gum tires my jaw after a while.
