Cucina ottima, prodotti di gran qualità, cortesia e gentilezza. È un luogo che mi sento di consigliare con entusiasmo. Non ha il massimo del punteggio in quanto era un po troppo affollato forse a causa del brutto tempo.

I highly recommend Rosemary for a breakfast or lunch! It’s adorable, right off the main road- off the beaten path yet steps from everything Fresh squeezed juices, amazing coffee, fantastic prices- and the food is delicious and so fresh! I got a simple egg breakfast and asked for a side of veggies, and I got a beautiful bowl of roasted eggplant, zucchini and squash. My friends got a larger breakfast with eggs, pancakes, and two choices of meats. All came with fresh squeezed juice and cafe latte. And the staff was so pleasant and happy-

It's a shame I can't give it another couple of stars. What can I say? Superior quality food Celebrate and attentive staff Seasonal ingredients always add something special to the dishes And the speed of service for Rome is excellent. Try it...and try it again. Well done everyone. The coffee at the end of the meal was strong and very good.

I had a salad and an International Rack First, which were both generous and healthy. The olive oil provided was high-quality, with a wonderful aroma and flavor. The staff were friendly and helpful.

31/01/2026: I was fortunate enough to receive this wonderful experience as a gift from my husband and children. It's a wonderful place. The staff is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. We also had the opportunity to communicate with the chef, truly complimenting him on everything! From the refined dishes to the attention to detail throughout. Sintesi is truly a poem. Their dishes are verses to be savored with delicacy and a refined palate. Dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant makes all the difference, and you guided us into this wonderful world.
