I commissioned my graduation cake, relying entirely on the pastry chef's advice. The quality of the ingredients, the presentation, and the flavor were fabulous; all my guests were delighted. It's become my favorite pastry shop for special occasions! 😊

I ordered a cake for an important event. The flavor was good, however I had specifically requested that the writing be made of sugar paste, also attaching photos for reference. On the day of the event, however, the writing had been made with the host. When ordering I had clearly specified that I didn't like the writing done in that way and that if it hadn't been possible to make it as requested, I would have opted for something else. I was assured that my request could be satisfied, also because it was a simple detail and easily achievable. Unfortunately, I wasn't the one who picked up the cake; otherwise, I wouldn't have accepted it. I also sent a private message in a polite way, complimenting the taste of the cake and expressing my disagreement with the mistake, but I never received a response, much less an apology. I had already noticed that the owner was very unpleasant, initially I thought she had simply had a bad day, I realized that this is her usual way of operating: with superficiality and rudeness. This is not a pro bono job, but a paid service and not a little. If you don't want to satisfy customers' requests, it would be more correct to refuse the order rather than make fun of them and treat them disdainfully. I am deeply disappointed and for this reason I cannot recommend this place. If I had at least received an apology, I would recommend it, but such an attitude is unacceptable, the cake was for a graduation, unrepeatable. It doesn't work that way.
