If you want to spend an evening with friends in a quiet place, you ABSOLUTELY have to stop by this place. EXCELLENT food with HIGH-quality ingredients. Run by husband and wife team ROSARIA and ENZO: two truly exquisite people, ready to please their customers. Many different types of pinsa. Craft beers, bitters I've never tried before, like the Amaro Del Birraio or the Piccante. Delicious desserts... and SO MUCH more. I will ABSOLUTELY be back 💯💯💯

Ci Siamo stati una sera con amici, tra cui vegani, e siamo stati soddisfatti sia della varietà che della qualità del cibo. Birre e vino hanno accompagnato il tutto , la cordialità dei proprietari han reso ancor più gradevole il tutto. Consiglio vivamente .

Nous avons très bien mangé dans ce restaurant. Les pinsa étaient délicieuses, copieuses et pleine de saveurs, une vraie belle découverte ! Le sourire et la gentillesse du patron ont ajouté encore plus de convivialité à ce moment.

01/08/2025: Een delicatessenwinkel met high-end culinaire producten én een inpandig restaurant met qualche posto all’esterno net buiten Grottaglie centrum. Wij kunnen eigenlijk enkel in superlatieven denken en beoordelen. De seating buiten: mooi gedekte tafels met die extra’s… de tafelverlichting, de glazen… de kleine details die het verschil wél maken ook al zijn ze enkel tastbaar. De service: zonder meer correct. De wijnkaart: verrassend uitgebreid met vele succelente keuzes ! Een excellente Chardonnay gedronken. Last but not least… il cibo: men verwijst vaak naar ‘parels’… ik gebruik hier liever ‘diamant’… geen ruwe, maar een perfect geslepen exemplaar dat is ontstaan in de keuken van de chef. Wonderbaarlijke plats… de diepgang in de smaken, de kwaliteit, de originaliteit. Alles was aanwezig. De BESTE BESTE BESTE tartara di scampo gegeten ooit ! Geen tourist trap, maar de ‘real thing’. OK, je hebt het ‘centro storico’ er niet bij, maar een gezonde wandeling en je bent zó daar

29/06/2025: I had a wonderful evening here the finest ingredients cooked to perfection, the lady was so attentive and gentle she arranged extra plates for sharing, positioned the fans to keep me cooled ,and played a wonderful playlist of soul music I'll definitely return
