High quality, refined and elegant dishes, top quality raw materials, excellent preparations and strong, well-balanced flavours. Tasting menu and wide selection of alternatives to the menu. Excellent wine list. The service is very professional and attentive to the customer. The venue is also very elegant with a pleasant lake view.

We had dinner a few days ago. Restaurant of the hotel of the same name on the lakeside of Desenzano, deserted since it is February but in summer it must be crowded. Good quality dishes, not beautiful (example: amberjack appetizer) but the right portions for the type of restaurant. Veranda facing the street with a very nice lake view, the tables are a perfect size for two, an environment embellished with a clean but refined design. Service ok but the attitude in the room could be improved (the portion of the room where the tables were concentrated is small, you could hear the waiters murmuring to each other all the time). Ok account considering the place overall. Worth trying again in the summer.

Thank you for a wonderful evening at Villa Rosa. The four of us chose the fish menu and were not disappointed. The food was very tasty, the various courses were explained by a waiter in perfect German and the ambience was also right. Despite a larger company party, we felt comfortable. Villa Rosa is already planned for our next visit to Lake Garda.

Stunning place, highly qualified staff! If you want to spend a very pleasant evening, preferably in company of course, you cannot fail to book a dinner or simply a lunch in this restaurant. Master class dinner. Collaborate with your waiter on the meal and wines and you will have a great evening over looking Lake Garda. I cannot rate highly enough.

I celebrated my wedding on October 12th at the Rose e Sapori restaurant in Desenzano. My goal was a simple party, with great food, where the atmosphere was created by the guests and the joy of the event. I wanted a place with a city allure in Desenzano and the place respected it perfectly: in some corners it felt like being in Monte Carlo (according to the photographers). During the choice of location and then in the preparation phase I was followed by Ivan and Beatrice. They both demonstrated a high level of professionalism and were available to fulfill my requests, also suggesting valid alternatives where necessary. Beatrice created a menu for the guests perfectly following the graphic line I gave for the event. Ivan managed the timing perfectly during the event, not making me burden myself with this task. The suggestions received from Ivan and Beatrice allowed everything to go smoothly, letting the energy of the party flow. The food is excellent, and the service elegant without being "stilted". I sincerely thank everyone.
