A fabulous restaurant, the food is excellent, the waiters are very kind, and it's impeccably clean. The only downside is the lack of a menu. The owner creates the menu on the spot, without telling you the prices. After we asked for the bill, I was a little disappointed. I repeat, a top restaurant. Not for my budget.

Lunch with friends. Great welcome and beautiful location. For the service it was nice to see young boys and girls so attentive to their work. .exquisite meat, patanegra sweets an experience and to conclude a yogurt dessert that does not contemplate the word simplicity in its goodness. Definitely recommended.

I had dinner at Rosa Bianca this evening on my way back from a day of trekking at Acquacheta with my husband. We decided to stop on the recommendation of a local gentleman and I must say that the advice was really useful ... the place is very beautiful and well-kept and the menu, everything is really delicious ... black truffle cappelletti, their specialty sliced ​​steak was perfect and what about the black truffle dessert ... a very delicate vanilla pudding, really special and delicious!!! I highly recommend it for a good evening and Moreno is very welcoming and kind as is all his staff.

Last stop on my Dante's Way. Very cozy room. Decent "pilgrim's" dinner (tagliatelle, roast rabbit and a good glass of red wine). Breakfast a bit lacking, especially for those who have to walk 30 km in a row Adequate price and friendly staff A good stop.

The owners are incredibly kind and friendly, and the food is excellent, with a modern twist on Romagna (the mutton is fantastic). The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. You can immediately sense the owners' passion and their desire to convey their love for their homeland through their cuisine. We'll definitely be back!

10/09/2025: This is my third time back at this wonderful osteria, and it's a testament to my love for it. I can now call it my favorite place ❤️ The entire menu is entirely gluten-free, but I can assure you, you won't notice the difference. The staff is helpful and friendly. You can enjoy excellent, freshly baked bread. I recommend trying the crostini with porcini mushrooms, and don't miss the fried porcini mushrooms ❣️ Their fresh, gluten-free, handmade pasta is unmissable ❤️ Tagliatelle and curzúl with wild boar ragù, which you can see in the photo, but they also make spoja lorda, tortelli, and cappelletti!! You can also buy pasta and bread to take home. 🔝 Truly delicious barbecue 😋 I recommend everyone to stop in the hills of Dovadola!
